Had the best experience here today 2/15/18 for my first time ever at a spa! The ladies were so welcoming n kind! Made me feel like a queen! My massage was relaxing and on point! Thank you XIOMARA! Lunch was Good! I had Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing dim lights, soothing music n sounds, and aroma therapy! My Mani n Pedi was wonderful! Thank you Debbie! Thank you Tranquil Escape's for an over all wonderful experience! See you ladies soon!

I love it here! I just got my first Brazilian wax. Meagan was great in keeping me calm as I was very nervous. She did a fantastic job with everything. All the staff are sweet and nice. They treat you like family. The spa is very clean as well. Will definitely be going back for more waxes from Meagan in the future. Also planning a spa day for myself and aunts. If you're considering visiting Tranquil Escape for anything I highly suggest you go. Everything about this spa is perfect!

I received a gift certificate about 5 years ago and I was hooked. The owner had visited some of the finest most luxurious spas in Europe as she began to research and plan her spa for Brockton, MA. She nailed it. Upon entering the spa I am immediately calmed by the feel of the spa. The atmosphere is quiet, soothing, peaceful. The staff is always knowledgeable, inviting and courteous. I visited the spa with 3 friends on one of my last visits and our services were scheduled so that we were all receiving similar treatments at the same time. We enjoyed a lovely lunch in the private luncheon room where we relaxed, talked and shared our experiences. We then returned for the remainder of our "spa day" experience where the staff remained with us to complete our day until after closing hours. The services were awesome, from hot stone massages, amazing facials and wraps to the manicures and pedicures. I highly recommend Tranquil Escapes and look forward to my next visit.

Love this place and Jen the owner is so nice and sweet! Best massages ever! Elise is great, she's so nice and attentive to all my needs. Christina is great too! If I could I would go more often. I refer all my friends and family.

This place won some trophy in some years in a row, and I am still asking the question as the best place to waxing, since when? Brockton is so poor in places like this. There is no other place to go. The waxing is not perfect. I noticed lately the employees don't stay there longer, and the worst is the waiting area is so old fashion, their curtains looks dirty, the old sofa is old and outdated, and its pillows are so soft, you will feel u are sinking to somewhere. Besides that the front desk ladies are nice.

I love this spa! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a massage, facial and manicure and could not be happier with my experience. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a nice day of relaxation and pampering.

I have been going to Tranquil Escape for several years and I have never been disappointed. Staff is great. Spa is very clean. I have had many massages from Christina and pedicures from Deanna and they have always been wonderful.

Hidden gem in Brockton. Once you arrive you'll forget where your are. Pleasant staff, great services, moderate prices. Follow them on Facebook to enter monthly giveaways and watch out for sales. They also have a yearly customer appreciation day where you can tour the spa.

This place is still not open nor will it ever be from what I saw online but they will take your money if you purchase a gift card! No one will answer you regardless if you call, email, or contact them on facebook. I recommend calling your credit card company to try and get your money back if you did purchase anything from them.

took my husband to Tranquil Escape as usual the welcome smiles invite you in and relax you from the reception desk. My massage was wonderful, and my husband now is a fan and cannot wait to come back.
