Tranquil Moments Beauty Spa

I used to use Tranquil moments regularly but due to illness I haven’t been for a long time. My sister and I had our nails done yesterday and it was a pleasure. Staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. The salon is immaculate and we will definitely be resuming our regular visits again. Thank you Tranquil moments! See you very soon! X The twins! Updated review - 2 weeks later. 2 stars! Having the gel nail polish was great but when it came to removing it, it was a different story. Instead of having the shellac polish soaked off I had it filed off!! When asking will it damage my nails when it’s removed, I was reassured it would NoT as it’s soaked off but this wasn’t the case. The polish was filed off along with my natural nail which has left me with paper thin nails now! I did ask why they’re not being soaked off and I was told there was no need? So not wanting to upset anyone I didn’t query it as I was new to having shellac polish. I am so upset and disappointed as now I am left with damaged nails that I’m trying to strengthen all because I wanted my nails done for a special occasion!! Sadly I won’t be returning after all.

I have been going for nearly a year and have lottie, She is very talented, she knows what I like and knows if I'm not happy with them . My nails have never grown so much and been in such good condition. All the girls are lovely and such a lovely experience.Service: Manicure

Had a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax all done by Lottie this morning. I have been going to tranquil for a while now, never had a bad experience. All the staff are friendly and professional. Lottie is a true gem and a lovely girl. Would definitely recommend Tranquil Moments.Services: Waxing

My son gave me a voucher for Mother’s Day, unfortunately before I had time to use the voucher my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. My voucher had expired a few days previously and the owner point blank refused to honour it. Nothing tranquil about that for me I’m afraid!!
