Laurette cut my hair for the first time today and did a incredible job. I had several issues with different layers and a shape that wasn't good. It wasn't that my previous hair stylist wasn't good, but my wavy/curly hair needed a stylist that knows more tricks. Also, I'm a little older and have problems with areas of thinning and needed length to cover it. Laurette was able to spend the time and go all the way through my hair and layer it better, snip into the ends which helps curly hair not to clump together. The shape now is really flattering. She was also able to work on the cow lick I have and help it to lay better. She took the time to ask what I was hoping to achieve, what areas I might have issues with and then let me know what she thought, all before even cutting. Another thing I appreciated is that she initially cut it dry as curly/wavy hair will become shorter when dry, and she could see how my hair lays. Then she shampooed it and helped me with how to condition it without weighing it down as my hair is very fine now. Then she checked it again to be sure it was even all around, and blew it dry with a diffuser which I prefer. It looks fantastic. My husband even commented that it did. I'm very happy and have found my new stylist. Already made my next appointment. Highly recommend you give her a try. I think you'll be happy you did.

Five stars for Ann! She is the only person I've gone to, on recommendation of a best friend years ago. She can see your vision through, and with my curly hair, that's not an easy feat! Now, my cousins and best friends see her as well - for cuts and colors. My fave!
I googled which hair salon has good reviews. Transitions Hair Salon has more stars. I called for an appointment. They happily scheduled me the same day. Stephanie did my hair.. she’s very thorough! I came out of the salon feeling good because not only my hair looks like a wig but picture perfect! I love my hair now and my husband said it’s the best he’s seen and it’s exceptional! Thank you Stephanie for doing a marvelous job!
I found Marcella on the internet when my stylist left the state. She gave me a partial highlight that has looked beautiful and lasted longer than usual. I gave her free rein on a cut/style and came away with a flattering and easy to care for hairstyle. 2 weeks later she created an amazing updo for my son's wedding. I was able to make it last for 3 days and had so many compliments from guests and family. I would highly recommend Marcella's work. She is talented, kind and easy to work with.
First time I was ever refused a hair cut. I was looking for a new place. I stepped into this establishment, one woman was showing a customer their array of shampoos. Another customer was sitting in a chair wait on her hair to dye. About 5 minutes later a woman comes out of the back. She was surprised to see me. Asked if I needed help as if I disgusted her for walking into their establishment. "I need a haircut." "We don't have time. Would you like to make an appointment." "No thank you, I just need a haircut." I walk out. Strange. When I walk in I expect to wait. I can't imagine going back there.
My first visit was with Ann back in 2019. I have found my salon and my stylist ann! I am not going anywhere else. Shes so knowledgeable and nice.
Mike has been my stylist for over 10 years! I love the fact that he does wash and go styles. He's wonderful!
