Transpire Mental Health specializes in aftercare services of a patient post-discharge of hospitalization, incarceration, and rehabilitation. Transpire Mental Health offers re-entry programs and mental health education classes.
Vision
We are a suicide prevention and education program committed to suicide awareness and advocacy. We are striving to provide guidance to those who are in a dark place. We want to be a lit path towards solutions to those who feel all hope is lost.
Mission
We are not a counseling group, we are a group of peers that come together to uplift the community and / or the individual to create an informed society to eliminate suicide.
Our Goal
We invite the whole community to participate in this group; those who have lost a family member or friend, and we invite families to celebrate the life of a loved one who has commit suicide.
We are focused on providing information and care to the individual, family and community needs by way of resources such as counseling, spiritual care and emotional support care.
