I would give zero stars if I could!! Arrived 10min BEFORE departure time on pre-purchased ticket & driver Antonio was incredibly rude & disrespectful to my elderly mother, speaking to her as if she were late & had altered the schedule. My mom stood up for herself & he had the audacity to SHUT THE VAN DOOR & LEAVE WITHOUT HER! Thankfully the cashier did everything in her power to give us a refund. Will most definitely NOT be using this shuttle service again!!

My mother in law had 3 bags and the driver was very rude to her saying that next time she can only bring one. The shuttle was literally empty. And there is NO SIGN saying the is a bag limit! I do not recommend

I pick up or drop off my friend their every 6 months. She comes from Rocky Point.

Good Service is no longer a priority Gas went up. Prices went up too.. gas come down.. high price stayed

I was visiting from Los Angels , and the trip to Phoenix was great! The driver I had has a great sense of humor and all us passengers all hit off well. Good and positive energy on the road!

Always reliable, friendly and convenient! I do wish they had a closer location in northern AZ, but either way my mother prefers them over many other locals.

This is an awesome shuttle service from Douglas to Bisbee to Tombstone to Benson to Tucson to Phoenix much better than an American shuttle friendlier more affordable nicer people just a better experience all around And they have a great Mexican pastry shop next door to their Phoenix office I would highly recommend using these people it is awesome.

This shuttle service has steady business throughout the hours of operation. Location is clean and accessible for any customers ride needs.

Had cramps all the way from tucson to phoenix because it was full and some people wouldn't even move plus driver was slow.
