They messed up on my parent’s pick up location and she missed the bus. They did change the date but it was an inconvenience for my parents to leave 2 days after the original date.

Fast service but seats are so close togeather and prices are too high. The drivers lay their seats all the way back and hit my knees.

Fidel was absolutely wonderful. Helped make our selection on food when we ordered with his favorites and made sure we were always taken care of for drinks! Absolutely phenomenal time! Definitely recommend, especially in Fidels section!

You usually wait two hours for the bus. Everyone is very nice.

They don't do any kind of refunds

I hate the movies 24 hours the constant movie playing is annoying you can't sleep, too loud otherwise they are good and fast

Pisspoor bathrooms, no wifi, the dvd player works half the time and to top it off they left me stranded before christmas and missed christmas with loved ones.

Really good drivers and their bus's are comfy with no mechanical issues
