I was tasked with coordinating a 40th Anniversary trip for my sorority sisters which consisted of 20 women. I had never worked with Alison, chose her randomly because her agency was local at the time, and I am so glad I did. The planning spanned a year and Alison provided exceptional service from the day we signed on until we returned from our trip. Her customer service, travel expertise, attention to detail and patience exceeded anything I would expect from working with a travel agent. My husband and I have gone on two trips now that were planned and organized by Trasformativa Travel. We traveled to Cancun as well as Ocho Rios, Jamaica. There was an issue on our Cancun trip, where our reservations got changed without proper notice. I contacted Alison while we were there and she fought for me and husband to make sure we had the best possible trip during our stay. During our Jamaica trip, Alison made sure every detail was checked off and communicated with us throughout the trip. Down to even letting us know our transportation could possibly be late! She even added a couple of surprises to our trip that were such an added compliment. My husband and I are planning on traveling again in March. Alison is also helping us with this trip. She is VERY responsive and essentially plans exactly what you are looking for in your trip. We are forever travelers with Alison!
Don't try this at home. I recommend that everyone leave their vacation planning to Trasformativa Travel if they want the best experience. Alison listens and can turn your thoughts and dreams into reality. She recently planned and delivered a memorable vacation for us to Jamaica. Everything from flights, transfers, and excursion were handled by Alison. Before the trip, we received a packet containing useful information about the trip's logistics, immigration/customs, and helpful info to maximize our vacation. She even held a zoom call before the trip to provide more guidance and lockdown any last-minute requests we had. We had not vacationed internationally in a few years, so the information was extremely helpful. While on vacation, she remained engaged through texts and calls, ensuring everything went as planned. Her network of loyal partners made for a smooth vacation with no worries. Her engagement did not end with our return home. Alison held a zoom call to recap all aspects of the trip to improve our next vacation and benefit others. Alison's hands-on approach and attention to detail are unparalleled. We will be using the expertise and excellent customer service of Trasformativa for our 25th wedding anniversary trip and all other future vacation travel.
I reached out to Alison to help me plan the perfect 50th Birthday party for my cousin and she do not disappoint. The resort she chose for us in Cabo was amazing. She handled all of the transportation needs all the way from the States when we had a slight communication issue. She provided us with the best trip and service that anyone could ask for. It was so awesome to work with Alison on our Cabo San Lucas trip. She planned everything in detail right to providing an overview of what to expect. She was spot on for everything. We are so glad we had Alison on our side. My wife tested positive for Covid. Alison was right there helping to coordinate, plan and rearrange travel, extend resort stay, and transportation. She made sure we got what we needed. I really don't think we could have made it on this trip without her thoroughness and knowledge. She is the best. Alison did a phenomenal job planning my birthday travel!! She was on top of EVERYTHING and I do mean everything. She was readily available for any questions and provided thorough information so that we could be safe and were well informed on what to expect.
