Due to her dedication to the travel agent community and her passion for helping others achieve their dreams, Penney Rudicil founded, and is the president of Travel Agent Success, Inc.
Penney currently owns and operates a host travel agency in Tennessee, as well as serves on advisory boards for several travel related associations and formerly served on the Travel Agent Advisory Board for CLIA for 4 years. She writes a monthly column for Agent@Home magazine, entitled Gadget Girl - offering advice and recommendations for current technology.
Penney has traveled extensively facilitating seminars@sea, speaking at conferences and leading workshops over the past several years. Penney has been called the ‘ultimate travel agents atlas’ as she has guided many agents down different roads of their business, working directly with agents, agencies, and associations on training programs.
