Dina is fantastic! Kind, helpful and very quick to respond. Even through the pandemic, Dina makes traveling so easy and worry-free. She's planned multiple trips for us, and they've been wonderful. We can't wait to plan all of our future trips with her as well.
We have been working with Dina at the Travel Center for over 10 years. I definitely would not plan a major trip without her. People always ask why we work with a travel agent when scheduling trips. The answer is the customer service. There have been a ton of scenarios that we have found ourselves in, and instead of having to stress about it, she has handled them all. We’ve messed up the dates on our travel plans, had issues with rental cars, not had the right room available and more travel issues. Each and every time, she was immediately available sometimes while she was on vacation herself! to make sure the issue was taken care of quickly.
Dina is my A1 from day1. She is very thorough and detailed oriented when it comes to your traveling needs
