Amazing level of service from the patient and thorough team at TVP. I would not hesitate using them again for any of our needs. They got all 8 of our passports done in less than 2 weeks when we paid for the 4 week processing time. The quick response time, detailed calls and guidance, and follow up to confirm delivery were key to their smooth process. My mom lost her passport a little over a week before traveling - in order to get her passport in time, we selected the “two business day” turnaround option note that it really takes longer due to gathering paperwork and scheduling an in-person meeting with a government official those two days are just the processing time. Jenelle was our concierge and was very helpful. My mom was able to get her replacement passport within the week!

I had gone through the order process and the customer support rep was very detailed in her walkthrough of the process, carefully answered any of my questions and concerns, and gave me a plan that was cost effective and met my travel needs. Their prices are better than most others that I saw online. I proceeded with a direct/local NYC provider as that was more convenient. If you're considering for other states, then would consider this service provider.
I very rarely write online reviews about anything. For Travel Visa Pro, I'm making an exception. I had a tough deadline to get a new passport prior to some international travel - I signed up for getting my passport in 8-11 days. Travel Visa Pro was completely awesome - they made the deadline and were very helpful working with me to get them the information they needed to submit to the government. As an added bonus, their pricing is better than the other passport expediting companies out there. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs to get their passport renewal expedited.
Thank you to Travel Visa Pro for their service! I Fedexed them my application on a Thursday and received the US passport back on the following Monday! They helped me to avert a travel crisis causing major stress. Three weeks out from an international vacation I needed a US passport fast! I had originally planned to depart on my foreign passport and reenter the US with my greencard, however, 3 weeks before this vacation a several-years long immigration process ended and I had a status change from US permanent resident to US citizen. The only way I could reenter the US would be with a US passport. I learned that I could only get an urgent passport 14 days before travel and by visiting a regional agency, of which there are only around 26 in the US, and of course none in my state or near me!! Visiting a regional agency in person was going to require time off work, and the cost of flights and care hire. I entrusted Travel Visa Pro with the process of handcarrying my application to a regional agency and they got it done in days! It did take a few days preparation beforehand at my end to obtain passport photos, get an appointment with a passport agent at the post office to sign and seal my application, print my DS-11, print the hand-carry authorization form, get a cashier's check to include for the US government for the passport, and send photos/photocopies of all the documentation to Travel Visa Pro to make sure EVERYTHING was correct they caught two mistakes!. Travel Visa Pro walked me through the process, were available 24/7 by chat and phone when I had queries, and communicated clearly that they verified the paperwork, received it, obtained the passport, and provided a fedex tracking number to track its delivery to me. I can't express my appreciation enough and highly recommend their services.
The phone representative was very rude and gave me misinformation about offering only a 9 day service when on the website there is 15 day service offered. He lied to me about the fact that i cant bring my documents into the office in new york they have to be sent to houston texas. I asked to cancel the service he hangs up on my face. I call back to speak to someone else and he calls me back to intimidate me to why im calling back . Completely OUTRAGEOUS! For a company providing government services. Horrible experience!! They charge an administrative fee of 50$ to refund ! So i basically paid 50 dollars to talk and deal with rude and incompetent people
What a great service! They made every step of renewing my passport easy and efficient. I can't believe how quickly I got my passport. Well worth the money!
