Room decor was very dated. Sheetrock beside the bed had been patched but not painted. But overall the stay was fine since we were just trying to get sleep after a long day.Rooms: 3/5

Apparently this motel was only recently purchased by new management. Much needed renovations have begun, and I’m sure they are putting a lot of effort into revitalizing this facility, but there is still a lot of work to do. The interiors of the rooms are pretty good; new furniture, clean and nicely done. But basic elements are still not really ready. No electric outlet by the bedside table,bathroom is still on the rough side. Our room was right next to the office and they were having a spirited meeting at 9:30 pm. Probably discussing the renovation. Loud and clear. The exterior is really a work in progress. There is a sitting area outside adjacent to the very small pool that had more than a little bit of trash just lying around. Cans, shopping bags, wrappers etc. I had a phone call to make and I sat out there just marveling at how it would take 5 minutes to clean up most of it, but…. Nope. The concrete walkway around the outside of all the rooms sadly has been poorly repaired so many times that it’s like a neglected city street full of potholes. You can navigate it ok, but it needs a complete tear out. Massive project. I’m sure the new owners have a list a mile long and you need cash flow to do any of the work. I get it. I hope it works out and the place generates what is needed to make it all happen.

Great deal for such a reasonable price. Comfortable large rooms, clean and well-maintened. Friendly management. Breakfast included. Continental-style, but quite well-appointed. Waffles. Ended up booking an additional night just because had all the comforts, including pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. Recommended highly.Rooms: 5/5

Staying here for Work. They don’t clean our rooms daily, or stock enough towels for multiple night stay workers. Other than that Coffee at 6:15ish and it’s lukewarm, but straight jet fuel. Guzzling temp. Great location if you like K-Bobs!!Rooms: 3/5

The room smelled like sewer. We had the bathroom fan on and closed the door, but that was little help with the smell. This hotel needs many upgrades. I would NOT recommend staying here.Rooms: 1/5

DIRTY/ FILTHY room and looked NOTHING like the pictures on their website. Would never consider staying here again! Bottom of my feet were black from the floor. Air conditioner/heater unit was filthy and cover was missing.Rooms: 1/5
