My daughters wedding was perfect! The flowers that Treasure Chest provided were the most beautiful I have seen. Thank you Tammy Tatro for making my daughters day complete. We were needing a bow for a bible we were taking to the funeral. Not only did they make us a bow but took our bible to the funeral home with the flowers they were delivering. I thought that was so sweet!!!
Tammy was amazing to work with. The detail in my wedding flowers well exceeded my expectations!!! I could not have asked for anything better. I wanted my day to be perfect obviously and it was!!!!
I had a dozen beautiful yellow roses delivered to me for Mother's Day from my son but sadly the tallest rose in the bouquet was broke off. I did call the shop to politely make them aware that their delivery people need to be a little more careful. An hour later I received a bouquet of a half dozen pink roses with the Treasure Chest's apologies. That is fabulous customer service. While I would've recommended their business without having received the extra flowers, they have my utmost respect and loyalty as a customer.
This lady is wonderful! She did a beautiful casket spray for my mother at a reasonable price! She's willing to go that extra mile.
I ordered flowers to be delivered and Treasure Chest was very kind and courteous. They delivered the flowers within minutes after I placed the order. Great job.<Update> 2018 I updated from 4 stars to 5 stars. Rarely do I give 5 stars on any review but Treasure Chest continues to satisfy my wife and I both in product, service, and price.
My dad gets me flowers every year for Valentine’s Day unfortunately he spent way too much on such a let down of a bouquet. In 2018 he purchased me flowers from this florist and they were never delivered on Valentine’s Day. They delivered them the next day and thankfully refunded his money. My dad thought he would give this florist another chance this year after ordering from another florist last year which were beautiful!. I received my flowers today and sent a picture to my dad confused if they were from him or not, considering the card read “ Happy Valentine’s Day, Love”. My dad informed me those were in fact from him he had ordered in advanced and told them to put “Happy Valentine’s Day, love Dad”. I sent him a photo of the flowers delivered and he was in shock and disappointed considering it was literally thrown together sloppily with nothing but half of the large vase filled with greenery and the bow hanging off of the side. I am not the only one who has had a bad experience from this florist, the ladies I work with as well have had problems. I understand Valentine’s Day is the busiest most chaotic time for a florist but if you plan to serve the community and charge as much as you do for your work, you better hold your end of the deal up and do it professionally.
Requested a sympathy arrangement and they didn't deliver at all what I requested. I called to ask about it and they told me they were out of the flowers I had asked for. Thanks for letting me know. I expressed my frustration and they offered a partial refund. For whatever reason, they couldn't just refund my card, but said they'd mail me a check. I gave them my information and, here it is, two months later, and I still haven't gotten anything in the mail from them. Go to any other florist. Even if this place manages to stumble into doing what they say they will, their flowers are overpriced compared to what you can get elsewhere, and their selection is worse. I'll never do business with them again.
I love these people their prices were cheaper than other local florist and i order an hr before the funeral visitation and they said they would get my arrangements to the funeral home for me!! Thank you soooo much for your last minute work the lady you took my flowers to the funeral home was a very special woman THANK YOU Highly recommend this florist shop!!!
Very client oriented . Watched as she assisted a customer that came looking for something she wanted but really wasn't sure what it was.
