The receptionists are extremely rude. Called once and said I would get a call back in a couple days. Never got a call back. Called again and the receptionist rudely said they were closed and hung up on me. This is not the way to treat people with mental illness and frankly I’m disappointed that such a place would hire people like this. Do better.
I love Dr Losardo and his nurse. He found the right combination of meds and I was finally able to go back to college on his recommendation and graduated in December with my AA and am now in the BS program for Human Services and with his encouragement and that of my therapist I want to get my LCSW and open my own practice. He is very professional and knowledgeable and very interested in what goes on in your life.
Dr. Lasardo is great. I’d been suffering for 5 years and being misdiagnosed by so many other doctors making me think what I was experiencing was all in my head. So I went to see him and now I’m back to living a normal life. Thank you for all that you do.
Receptionist was professional and politely explained that they are not currently accepting any new patients on Medicare.
