This place is a joke! Horrible customer service and the prices are way too high. Save your time and money...go somewhere else
Honestly the best place to be. Exceeded my expectations. Extreamly friendly, care about the customers needs, and state minimum on all liqior which was nice because I was the best man at a wedding so that was so awesome. I been here on a Friday they had a FREE liquor tasting and it's like a party in here so many beautiful women to mingle with it was bad ass. This place is underrated they derserve more stars.
5 Stars! Went in for speciality craft beer and left with a great experience! Good prices, friendly and helpful staff but most importantly this store has the best selection of craft beer, liquor and wine in town! This will now be my one stop shop when in Southfield.
I was recently at the store and I had a heated conversation with the management as to why they were refusing my Coca-Cola products and other local beer that they sold and I bought from them and they told me it’s because they don’t have a machine to process the returns and I informed them that that’s ridiculous and that they were making up their own rules and she said yes that’s right I am making up my own rules so I will not be taking this step forward and contacting the state of Michigan
Unless you are a regular, the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I will definitely not visit this location again.
Told me they wouldn’t cash my check because I SIGNED it. Even though that’s literally what your supposed to do when you get a check. Most ridiculous thing I ever heard of.
I was going to this store faithfully everyday until today I have spent thousands of dollars in there and for them to treat me the way they did was wrong the one employees that I do like wasn't present and his name is Patrick he is the best sad I won't see him again
