"Treats Unleashed started in the summer of 2002 with a batch of Apple Cinnamon Hearts at a kiosk in the mall. It didn’t take long before the whole family got involved by helping paint the first store in Chesterfield! From there, Treats Unleashed has grown to a total of 17 stores! Today, Treats Unleashed is still 100% family-owned. Teresa’s father spent his career in animal nutrition and helped develop the recipes for all the treats on our treat tables today. My first use of their dog grooming service yesterday for Alfie, my cairn terrier. Brook did an excellent specialized cut following my request. I did not want him shaved. He looks great! The women working there were very cordial and helpful. Thank you all!
Amazing customer service! I took my baby for her first groom and even though she was nervous the groom tech was fantastic and patient! I already have my next appointment scheduled!!
Love love this store! Employees are very helpful, courteous, and loving on all the animals and humans who come in. Their self serve dog wash is my favorite thing! 45 minutes appointments with everything you need to bathe your dog like a professional groomer all soap, brush, towels, and dryer provided. They do the clean up so I don’t make a mess in my bathroom at home, fantastic service. It smells fantastic inside because their treats are homemade in house and my dog goes CRAZY over the Honey Bears. All ingredients are listed and they are very sensitive to dog food allergies. Fantastic place, everything you need for your pet in one spot! I will be a lifelong customer.
You can tell the staff loves animals. Made me feel so welcome as a first time customer. Great reward program for frequent shoppers. My puppy enjoyed walking around. Lots of frshly made treats. Will return soon.
I've brought my dog here a lot and they've always did an amazing job-- and im not the type to complain. But I brought him on Saturday for a hair cut- I told the groomer to cut him a summer cut- short all over since his hair grows out super fast. She couldn't get to his face that well because he was jumping a lot- okay that's fine- he can be a jumpy guy. but I notice today there are sores all over on his lower stomach., and was not told about this prior. This is not acceptable at all
Brooke was great! My larger dog Sherman has never been to a professional groomer before and Brooke took great care of my dog! Even after the appointment as I was paying, she walked him around the store so I didn’t have to struggle checking out! We will be back!
My dog had a few mats but the groomer took the time to work them out. Minnie had been only groomed professionally 1 other time and the groomer said she did well. Minnie is a 1 year old labradoodle that SHEDS.
I highly recommend Brooke for grooming! Our dachshund/schnauzer mix can be difficult but she is always so calm with him. We love how the groom is pretty much the same every time and we’ve never been unhappy with it. Thank you Brooke for being so kind to our Hank!
We sent both our dogs in today for grooming. The staff was extremely welcoming for their first time being in there. I felt very comfortable leaving my pups behind in good hands. When I picked them up they smelled great, nails were nice and cleaned up, teeth and ears looked great! Their coats are both very soft as well! We are looking forward to setting up regular appointments!
Everyone is super friendly. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment time. And you can really tell they love the dogs!
