Very happy with our experience with the Tree Doctors. Getting me on the schedule took a few days, but so happy we got a professional company that did things the right way the first time.

Tree Doctors has been to my home multiple times to trim numerous large ficus trees and to remove a tree. The tree trimming on our Chinese Elm was done beautifully this morning. My complaint is for poor communication with me. I was alarmed to find buzz saws in my tree. I wanted to understand what they were planning to do. Not s single one could understand English enough to know what I was asking. How many branches of what size were they going to cut? A simple written notice in English could have been given to me to read when they came onto my property explaining what was going to happen.
