Had a front derailleur issue happen on a training ride. Called Jeremy, who was extremely accommodating and told me to bring in the bike the next day! Trevor looked after me “on the spot” today and was equally professional and customer service oriented. I realize this kind of treatment can’t happen all the time but when it does, it’s worth calling out! Kudos to Jeremy and Trevor… I’m a Trek devotee from here on!

I give the Trek Boys a 10 out of 10 in every department. I rarely give a 10 rating. The service was excellent; the product is superb; the whole vibe in the store filled me with confidence and trust. I received Value added advice about potentially upgrading my Trek /Bosch control display, essentially my bike is not compatible with the Intuvia controller.

Wow. Super impressed with the service here. They are friendly, fast, affordable, and I love that they took a minute to explain what likely caused my flat so that I could likely prevent a similar one in future. I also feel they won't try to upsell anything you don't need which is smart business - the kind that wins loyalty. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend the Trek Store Barrie highly enough. All of the staff are knowledge, approachable, and helpful. Big thanks to Jeremy, Kim, Caleb and Dave for their help with my 2022 Trek Emonda ALR frameset build. The guys listened, provided advice, and really went out of their way to help me get the bike I wanted. Easily the best service in Barrie! The bike is pretty good too. With Shimano 105 and training hoops, it's lighter 18lbs 1oz and stiffer than the carbon, Dura Ace equipped, Pinarello F4:13 18lbs 8oz it replaced. At 6'2" and heavier than I should be, this bike doesn't creak and there's very little flex. Perfect! Trek's build quality and fit and finish is very good. I don't think it's quite on par with my wife's old Look 566, but it's better than her new Cervelo Caledonia and that Pinarello. Consider that this aluminum Trek is $1400 and the aforementioned carbon frames top $3000 and I'm happy with the Emonda ALR's value. Thanks Trek Barrie!
