Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the ride and wrench:group ride and maintenance clinics. They helped us learn more about riding safely, washing our bikes and fixing a flat tire.
I was in need of a bike rack and just wanted to inquire about products and price. The sales staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I left with a wonderful bike rack and was very happy with my purchase.

I'm kind of amazed! After having some issues with my frame, I asked service for some help. The team in the store were all helping me find the best solution to get me riding again. After escalating to Trek HQ, the team worked together to REALLY go above and beyond to get me WAY more than I could have asked for and completely took care of me and my bikes. I'd like to personally thank: Sam for getting me the best service possible going the extra mile to get my questions and concerns answered in real time. Bodie for rebuilding my bike in record time, and is also dialed-in and clean! Matt and Chad from HQ that remembered me from over 5 years ago when I was a regular customer on the other side of town AND helping me out with my bike beyond what I would ever expect from any company. I can't thank you all enough and feel like I really mattered, which these days is almost unheard of. You now have a customer for life and I'll do what I can to get all my friends on a Trek!
We ordered bikes in May but they didn’t arrive as planned. The manager Carrie arranged for us to get rentals until they showed up. They came this week. We LOVE our Townies. Griff helped us with new helmets and accessories. He knows his stuff! Before we left the bikes got a final check up and they even put our new accessories on them. Customer service is great! We will definitely be back for servicing and future purchases. Great experience overall!
I haven't owned a bicycle in years and I wanted to get back into it. I came into the shop today to look for some advice and Rob helped me tremendously. He spent over two hours with me to help educate me on my options and ensure I made a good decision. I never felt like I was being pressured to make a purchase. He even went on the test ride with me to make sure everything fit me and worked well. I came to the shop today open minded and not really knowing what I wanted and I left feeling confident that I got the right bike for me and that I would be supported if I need any help in the future. I can't say enough good things about this shop. If you need help with anything bike related, go here!
Bought a bike recently and the selection and staff was outstanding. Purchased the bike in mid February and the msrp price. Came back to pick up a couple accessories that I had ordered and noticed the bike was on sale $100 off. The sales associate didn't hesitate to offer a $100 refund or a credit toward anything they sell. The entire staff goes out of their way a year to make sure you have an outstanding experience. I will definitely refer others to this store and plan to make any further purchases and service at this store. Great experience!
I want to thank Trek Bicycle Westerville and its staff for helping me pick out and get fitted for my new 2021 Trek FX2. I especially want to thank Josh, who spent nearly an hour of his time answering all my questions. Josh also helped me accessories my new bike with various optional equipment. He was very knowledgeable showing me how everything attaches and works. Lastly he showed me how to download all the different online bike apps and routes I was interested in riding locally here in the Westerville and Columbu‪s, Ohio areas. The entire staff gave me great advice, tips and general cycling education to further my enthusiasm into this new fad I’ve ventured into five months ago. I am loving cycling more and more each day thanks to Trek Westerville and all the staff…
Very good product. Nice, knowledgeable staff. Wonderful tech, Sam, who walked me though I problem that I had with an accessory several days after my purchase.
