This is a GREAT bike shop. The staff is very helpful, which is getting harder and harder to find. They seem to truly care about getting the customer matched up with the right bike. Their prices are very good, but it's not always about the price - It is about the service. And they are more than willing to help with support well after the sale. I bought a Domane SL7 from them, and I am thrilled with it. I've been back in for a few other items - shoes, pedals, lights, etc, and they always recognize me and are ready to help me out. Thanks again to the Staff at Trek Bicycle in Shawnee.
After someone stole my upgraded Trek, I now have used Schwinn and took it in for a tune-up so it's ready to ride. As it happened and before I even got to ride my tuned up bike due to a foot injury, my front tire was flat later learned it had a nick from inside/rim side. So back I went to Trek Shawnee....I must say this entire crew is FANTASTIC, EACH and EVERY ONE of them. They were exceptionally fair and went over and beyond for this new and now dedicated customer. Thank you so much!
The staff is helpful, especially Grayson who tried to help me over the phone last minute when I had some changes to my trip. Dave also was really kind and helped me disassemble my bike further when I found that it didn't really fit in my travel case. They're busy on weekends though so recommend visiting on weekdays if possible
Friendly Professional staff. Stopped in for guidance on the XD-R drive on my Emonda, and they took time to coach me on the inner workings and future maintenance best practice. I truly appreciated the time they gave me.
Staff is outstanding! Love my new Trek bike. This location has great selection on bikes. Not some much on clothing or apparel but everything is priced competitively and the staff is the reason I dont buy online. Their knowledge is extensive and they can answer all questions you may have.
The trek store is our go to for bike question and repairs. We have owned trek bikes for over 20 years and the staff here is helpful on our older bikes as well as the kids newer versions. We highly recommend them. They are friendly knowledgeable and good at what they do.
I needed a replacement seat mast cap for an older trek bike. They ordered the part and it showed up in a timely manner, but it was the customer service that warrants the review and your future business. The particular style of seat mast cap is a little tricky to work with and I had parts that were worn out making it harder. They spent 30 minutes helping get things swapped out and set up. It would have been totally reasonable to bill me for some labor time, but they didn't. Parts are the same, it's customer service that differentiates bike shops. Thanks!
Came in for a repair. Ann was so helpful she had my bike up on a stand and completed the repair in about 10 minutes while I waited. Didn't know customer service like this still existed! Excited to get back on my bike and ride.
