This place was not crowded at all at 10:45 am on a Monday morning. I think that I was in and out within 30 minutes or so. Girl was chatty and went right to work. I am not too sure if this ace is as busy as it used to be before they moved but it is definitely not as convenient as it used to be to get to whe. It was o. FIREWEED lane
My hair is so thin that all I ever get is a trim and I hate to spend very much to do it. I’m more than happy to pay $12 for a trim, it’s a steal! The instructor always checks before you leave. Happy to have students practice on me :

As if $12 haircuts weren't enough to recommend Trend Setters, I saw a student escort and elderly woman to her car, helped her put her walker in, and helped her to get into the car. That level of customer service says that they care about people. Strongly recommend going her for anything related to hair cuts, styles, colors, etc.
When showing pictures of hair styles you want make sure the details are what you want. I dislike looking like a box from the sides... I Alway ask to look feminine
For $12 it’s eye catching but don’t be fooled. I asked for a shoulder length non-layered haircut and got my hair pulled during the cutting process and the layers that I specifically did not ask for nor want. Trendsetters should be watching their students better and teach not to pull hair, it’s not comfortable or nice.
Front staff was very friendly and wait time was short. Student who cut my hair was almost finished with her training. She had no personality and basically cut my hair dry. Mostly used trimmers and did not listen to my instructions.
I just had my hair cut by student Marley. She did a GREAT job on my hair. I'd recently had shoulder surgery, and Marley ensured to cut, wash and dry my hair without causing any discomfort. Marley asked SEVERAL times if I was comfortable and if I need anything. Both myself and my son got our hair cut. The instructor made sure that both of us were happy with everything. We were. 100/10 will have my hair cut by Marley again.
I think they're better than some of the salons there. The students there are perfectionists because I'm guessing they're trying to get a good grade and they're more attentive to what the customers want. I'm very satisfied with my haircut. I'm so picky with my hair and sometimes get upset after salons because they never really envision what I want. But the student did an excellent job. I only paid $10 for a haircut, but gave her a $10 tip because I was so happy with it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
