I was having a bad day and I walked in to see if anyone could take me. Ana was super welcoming and very sweet. She said she had some time before an appt. I love my haircut and I feel alot better. I will definitely be coming back.

Had 10 am appt. First got there & was told Ana was on the way. Waited 50 mins very patiently with my chronic back pains & finally asked another stylist, who then called her. Ana then called me, saying she had an er but also thought I was scheduled for later. Positive points for her though, to confess she forgot about me. Sure I feel bad for her er situation & hope all goes well, but there's enough technology to keep track of business appointments. I once loved this place because Ana is very knowledgeable, but today my feelings were really hurt. She wanted to accommodate me at a later time, but I have too much to do & I've lost confidence. Plus, how would I then feel I could tip her well. So, I had to struggle to find somewhere else last minute, on a Monday when many salons are closed. I was in tears because I have so much going on & have to go out of town tomorrow. I just wanted to get my hair done so that it would be one less care, but now I'm more stressed. I pray Ana can get better management of her scheduling & professionalism growth, to know to inform staff if she does have an er.

Made an appointment with the hairstylist/owner of this place for 1pm today...got there in time and she's not there. Asked the other stylist that was there where she is and they don't even know or care. I have to asked them to text her but even then she didn't reply. So very unprofessional!! Truly dissapointed! And extremely annoying...so really won't recommend this place base on today's experience.

I defenatly loved the way that I was treated and the way that they explained yo me how each treatment would help my hair to be more healthy looking and how the hair cut that I was given to me would give more volume and better hair style by either curling it or doing it straight. Thanks Viridiana for doing my hair. I love it.

Ana is great. Asked for a long bob and loved the way she styled it. Definitely recommend this place

My daughter and I had complete hair make overs and I have NEVER BEEN SO satisfied! !!!! Unbelievable talent! I almost Cried because I Was so HAPPY!
