This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had in a medical facility. I have never had surgery before and I was very nervous but from the minute I walked in until the minute I was done, every single person treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Almost every person who was going to be in the operating room introduced themselves to me beforehand and asked if I had any questions. They did more than just their jobs. I felt safe and cared for as a person not just a patient. Dr. Birnbaum was excellent. If I had a choice, I would never go anywhere else for foot surgery.
Very professional and caring. Procedures well explained. Wonderful nursing staff. Anesthesia department the best I've experienced. If ya gotta have a nasty block go here. Anesthesia copay reasonable… I am a winp wont stay awKe for this… they make sure im well snowed
I have to say the worst part for me was the fact that I was never made aware of pre existing procedures such as me having to get sedated, therefore I could not eat or drink anything beginning the night before only to have to be at my 10:30 appointment and wsit in the waiting room for 2 hours!!!! Finally I go up to the front desk and ask why I haven’t been even given my wrist band but I haven’t ate anything and have been waiting for 2 hours ….to be told so has everyone else what a response!!! Finally I get called to the back and the nurse Denise had to not only apologize because she said I first and foremost should have been explained everything at the office that referred me to the surgical center but she also apologized for the wait and explained there were 2 other different doctors working on the day I had my procedure so thrill hat was part of the hold up. I’m not sure how I overall feel about this place honestly, I can say it was very clean! I also was not happy about the discharge/ release part either just felt very rushed!!
I have been to this center 2 times and both times I waited over 3 hours in the waiting room and another 2 hours before going in to a surgery room. One star is certainly more than I would want to rate!! You are here for pain and they have you sitting hours on uncomfortable chairs! And on an empty stomach! Totally unacceptable!!!
When your health care is truly focused on the patient, excellence ensues. The Trevose Specialty Care Surgical Center truly provides excellence and professionalism. My experience showed them at their best and reminded me, a health care provider myself, of how terrific a potentially worrisome experience can be. I recommend them without reservation.
Having had numerous procedures at the Trevose Surgical and Specialty Care Center, I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. My pain management doctor is the most outstanding physician that it has been my luck to encounter and the staff who work with him at Trevose are dedicated, concerned and supportive. I feel very fortunate to be able to go there. They are all to be commended.
Brought my MIL in for a procedure. Place is nice. Staff and docs are nice. BUT if you need Handicapped parking or can’t do steps AVOID this office. Handicapped Parking is down a hill and there are steps to get in office that can’t be avoided. So if you have mobility issues beware.
How can make appointments for a 10am and have them still in the waiting room at 12pm! Not enough beds is a good excuse, but how about stop overbooking and manage your time better. This is the most unorganized place I've been to.
This is not a good place to go. The doctor taking care of my uncle made fun of him on the phone and was not nice when he had to have the colon scope. He made fun of my uncle's accent. I not planning to come back to this place.
Dr Rosen and all the folks who work here are truly TOP SHELF. Very caring conscientious , and I would not go ANYWHERE ELSE ,for my spine surgeries. Truly the best
