Tri-City granite was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They had pricing that did not require you to buy a entire slab to get a fair price. The rest of the granite companies in the area all played pricing games. This is a totally a family business and they care about each and every customer that walks through their door. The finished product was beautiful and we love our countertops in master bath. Thanks Tracy for going above and beyond.

When it comes to stone fabrication, Can’t be a better place to do business with in nwa, awesome peeps! I’d say we were what could be considered “problem” customers due to set backs, stone delivered to the wrong fabricators and the list could go on but they took it in stride and delivered an awesome product and service!
Tri-City Granite installed my Shadow Storm marble countertops yesterday and I cannot stop admiring them! Dennis provided our quote and answered all of our questions. Tracy is the sweetest and really made us want to do business with this company. I was able to be a part of the layout process with Casey, which was really neat and a first for me. The installers arrived on time and were very friendly. I love my new kitchen and highly recommend Tri-City Granite.
Don’t stand behind their shoddy work. Tri-City installed granite in a rental property we remodeled. The under mount sink was installed without clips and collapsed a few years later. It’s a wonder that it lasted that long. When I called for their help to fix it, I was told it was my responsibility and referred me to a third party repair service who doesn’t answer the phone.
I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and products provided by Tri-City Granite. The entire staff was knowledgeable and professional. They replaced my countertops in my kitchen and two bathrooms. The work was done as scheduled and turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend Tri-City Granite!
