As a MA I have referred to this clinic for almost 8 years. Today I had the pleasure of taking my mom there as a patient. First off, Mrs Natalie is awesome. She is very courteous and tries to help you anyway she can. Dr. Rahim was very patient and nice. He took his time to explain my moms condition to her and I, examine her, get her full medical history, and answer our questions. I highly recommend seeing him for all your neurological needs. Awesome visit and I will keep referring my patients to his office.
Appointment was at 2:15. 3:30 comes around and they finally call us back only to be rude and short. Definitely not worth the wait or hassle.
I always enjoy seeing him,he is a good neu
Dr. Rahim is a great doctor. He is easy to talk to and doesn't rush you through. I have been using him for years and he has really helped me. His staff is the best too. They are all friendly and helpful.
My son had been seeing Dr Fazall Rahim for nrarly 2 years. I also have some friends who use him for their daughter. Their daughter's school needed paperwork of her diagnosis, but his office refused to send it to the school. Once, it took our pharmacy 6 separate attempts to get the proper paperwork to fill my son's prescription because they could not manage to send over the correct information. I was called the day before my son's appointment at 3:30 in the afternoon to tell me that they had not received a referral from his primary although he had already been a patient for nearly 2 years & if they did not have a new referral, they would cancel the appointment. He takes daily medication & they did not care about him not having his prescription over a holiday weekend. I was also informed that they no longer take our insurance again the afternoon of the day before his appointment so he could get a refill. When I asked why we were not told this at our last appointment 4 months prior, the office manager who is the doctor's wife became extremely rude & berating. As a matter of fact when I was asking her to confirm my son's prescription dosage which had been recently changed & I was at work & did not have access to it, she accused me of being a bad parent for not knowing the dosage off the top of my head. I have 3 kids who all take allergy medications on top of this son's autism medications, so I do not know all of the exact milligrams of every pill. She was extremely unprofessional. I rated one star because I had to give one, but would rather have not. From now on, we will be driving over an hour away to see a better doctor with a better staff. The drive will be worth it.
Dr. Rahim is such a good doctor. He has been seeing me and my husband for several years. He diagnosed my husband when no other doctor gave him a clue for what his diagnosis was. He also diagnosed my mom with ALS and no other doctor that had seen her ever mentioned that this could be her problem. As bad as that was at least we knew. And at Dr Rahim's suggestion we even went to a doctor in Birmingham for a second opinion just so it would settle any questions we had that it might not be and of course she was told it was ALS. He has a wonderful bedside manner also. We love his whole staff. They are great!!
Dr. Rahim is thorough and his staff are compassionate and helpful. I never have a problem getting an appointment when needed and I never wait in the waiting room more than 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Rahim and his staff.
Dr. Rahim is a wonderful doctor takes his time the nurse is so sweet was very helpful every time my mom goes but the woman in the front is extremely rude every time I've been there I don't understand why they allow her to work with the public she needs to be moved had my mom in tears.
He went to the up most trying to find out what is causing me to have some sort of spell even though he can't thoug he didn't find an answer but I give him credit where credit is due he is a good neuro doctor..
Had 2 surgeries. I was well informed on everything concerning them. Friendly staff. The doctors are very good. A-1 in my opinion.
