Tri-County Memorials has it all beginning with a knowledgeable and caring Sales Manager, Michelle Morris. We had a lot to learn about headstones and how to design one. At Tri-County Memorials in Willimantic, they have a very large inventory of stones on their premises. It was easier to make decisions about shape, size and color of the stone because we were able to see finished products. Using a computer program that is offered and with Michelle's guidance, we designed a headstone for our loved one. It was very helpful to see the image on the screen as many changes were made throughout this process. Thank you, Michelle, for your calm demeanor and the unhurried time you took so that our children were also able to participate in designing the headstone for their beloved Uncle. The finished granite stone was just installed sooner than anticipated. We chose four flat carvings to be placed on the stone, and the sandblasting is completely accurate to the computer model proof. The workmanship is outstanding! We highly recommend Tri-County Memorials for their courteous service and beautiful products. Carol & Michael Rice & Family
Tri-County Memorials gave my family and me their compassionate and skillful expertise to provide a fitting headstone for my late husband's resting place. They made sure the wording and stone worked together. Gratitude for the tribute and lasting comfort of our memorial stone.
Employees are nice, however they placed someone else's headstone on my father's grave which was not a good start. Then when we purchased his headstone we were assured numerous times my mother's whole name would fit if added at a later date it's a long first name and middle name. We even had sketches drawn up and approved. When my mother passed, after I paid and had returned to my home out of state, I get a call that her name won't fit. Appalled at the lack of thoroughness. It's understandable if it won'tfit, but this should have been realized and noted before we purchased the headstone we did at my father'spassing. We would've gotten a larger stone, no issues. While they are pleasant- these things are not what you want to be dealing with when you've just lost a loved one and have 1000 other things going through your head. Please consider carefully before using!
Super nice! Had a very nice experience getting my grandmother's memorial stone. She worked with my grandfather to pay it off in payments and we cant wait to see the beautiful bench at the cemetery! Edit: Her memorial bench is absolutely beautiful! They did an amazing job!
They are very friendly and caring people in your time of need. They don't push you into anything you can't afford and are willing to work with you for payments . I would recommend them 100%. I am very happy with them. Thank you.
