We offer expertise in sports medicine; arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, elbow and knee; ACL knee reconstruction; shoulder reconstruction; knee and hip joint replacement; hand, wrist, elbow and upper extremity surgery; foot and ankle surgery; spine surgery; and fracture care. Do not waste your time at this horrific location. I recently injured my knee and went to their Orthopedic Urgent Care. I thought it would be good to go to an Urgent Care in this specialty. I could barely walk, and the knee was very swollen. They told me I needed an MRI. They went through all the location options, and I selected a location near me. They said they have an employee whose sole responsibility is submitting prior authorizations. She was out for the weekend, but they told me she would submit the request the day she returned, and she would then call me with the authorization number. When I didn't get a call after two business days 5 days total, including the weekend, I called them. They casually told me that they didn't even submit the authorization yet, and it could take them up to TWO WEEKS to even send it to the insurance! Meanwhile, I've been sitting on the couch, and sleeping on the couch, for 5 days, because I can't go upstairs to my bedroom. All I do is ice my knee and take tons of Motrin. I called my PCP, and they said I have to see a specialist. That's what I thought I was doing at Tri-State, but they don't want to submit my paperwork! Now I might have to go to the ER or wait weeks to see a specialist, all while I can't walk. They didn't bother to request my MRI, but I bet they already submitted for the stupid brace they gave me. They only care about their pay day, not my pain. This place is terrible.
My first time meeting Dr Jewell and he was very nice and made me feel a little better about knee surgery. I have always been treated with kindness by all the staff, PA’s and Doctors I would recommend you to everyone!!
Dr. S. Kann was very attentive and forthcoming in his assessment. He took the time to get to know his patient which made us feel very comfortable. Our family will highly recommend Tri-State to anyone who needs orthopedic care.
I loved the doctor and surgery went great on my knee replacement. I was driving on the 15th day. But I would never recommend because the billing department refused to bill my secondary insurance instead of me. Had to go through loops to get them to rescind my bill and rebill it correctly. Was done twice. Never going back.
Dr. Cambell has a great bedside manner. I was super nervous but he easily put me at ease with humor and care. Personable and listened to my concerns without rushing me.i got an appointment within a week of calling to schedule and was taken back to the exam room exactly when my appointment was scheduled. Everyone in the office was so nice!
Always an efficient office, prompt appointment timing, very good care from practitioners. Hip replacement 7 years ago has been excellent and gave my function back. Great quality of life improvement. Highly recommended!
Had my 6 week appointment following TKR. Dr Jewell takes his time and answers all questions and concerns. As great of a surgeon he most certainly is, his surgical skills do not take a backseat to his apparent care for his patients. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation to anyone needing orthopedic care.
Dr. Pagnotto was excellent. He was thorough and understandable. I appreciate the excellent turnaround on scheduling my Euflexxa injections. Thank you!
