My visits at Tri-Town Family Dental are always fantastic. My 3 1/2 year old had a cleaning today and it couldn't have gone better. From the minute we walked in the door, everyone was pleasant and helped put him at ease. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for polite, professional, and friendly visits.
I have been going to this office for several months. The staff always greet you with a smile. Dr. Collins is the best. He makes sure you are comfortable, takes time to explain what he is doing. Very pleased with the work that was done by the lab that his office uses.
The staff there were very helpful… I had an emergency dental visit and they took very good care of me…
Everyone was very nice. They explain everything very well, including insurance coverage. My hygienist, Lisa, was thorough and made sure I understood the recommended work. Dr. Collins gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I am handicapped and I had no trouble getting around the office, including the restroom. I think you will be happy if you choose this dental office.

I have had excellent service since I began with them over 2 years ago. NOT once have I felt rushed out of my appointment, or my care and concerns not fully addressed. Dr. Collins and Dr. K , Hygienists, and assistants are superb. Plus their fees are very fair. I am so glad I switched!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Collins is a nice dentist but his front staff is not. They do not know what your insurance covers and they will over charge you if you allow them to. I would not recommend. Found a better dentist and staff at Generation Dental
I have been in excruciating pain since Wednesday of last week calling dentist after dentist trying to be seen. Monday morning I called Tri-town family dental, they had me in the office a little over an hour later. Dr. Collins and his assistant were very friendly and he immediately referred me out to get my teeth pulled. I am seven years recovering addict and have suffered with bad teeth. I am embarrassed when I go to the dentist with such bad teeth. Dr. Collins and his assistant made me feel comfortable and went out of there a way to ensure I was not in pain during any part of the appointment. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you so much for such great hospitality and seeing me as quick as you did!!
After several surgeries 4 knee operation s I was finally able to see a dentist. I was so ashamed of the condition of my smile. I had neglected my teeth and it was obvious I would need a great deal of work done. I assumed the dentist would have realized my embarrassment. But instead he was very condescending. He quickly rattled off the work that needed to be done. I asked his assistant to please explain to me what the Dr had said. I did have the procedure done. Ever since I have had pain but I would never return. For the future I decided to seek another dentist. However, I must say that the staff was extremely caring and personable. A little compassion goes a very long way-I am sure the cost of the procedure put a smile on his face but certainly not mine.
My first experience at Tri Town Dental exceeded my expectations! All the staff was friendly and polite. The Hygienist that took care of my 5 year old daughter truly went above & beyond and was exceptional! I would highly recommend them and plan on going back for myself!
