Triad Law Group specializes in construction litigation and exploring legal alternatives to bankruptcy, foreclosure and predatory lending.
Triad Law Group, PSC is a law firm located in Edmonds, WA. The firm has been in existence for the last nineteen years. Throughout much of its history Triad has specialized in construction litigation and construction dispute resolution. More recently however, it has also been assisting clients in foreclosure avoidance and obtaining loan modifications. Also, Triad has developed a specialty in debtor/creditor issues and landlord-tenant law.
Triad’s founder is Charles M. Greenberg. Mr. Greenberg was involved in engineering and the construction industries throughout the early stages of his professional career. Indeed, his very early years, spent as a professional engineer, gave him a sound base for his later career as a construction lawyer.
Since becoming a lawyer in 1988, Mr. Greenberg spent a good deal of his time involved in construction litigation. More recently Triad and Mr. Greenberg have become increasingly involved in real estate dispute resolution and the foreclosure defense process.
Mr. Greenberg is continuing to act as principal at Triad Law Group, and in addition to the real estate issues described above, he still practices on matters involving public and private construction on behalf of owners, contractors, sureties and design professionals.
Throughout the last twenty-five years, he has gained experience in many areas of construction law, particularly in dispute resolution processes, construction litigation, arbitration, mediation and construction contract administration.
Mr. Greenberg has taught construction law at Edmonds Community College and has provided many law and project management seminars to a variety of companies, associations and public agencies.
Mr. Greenberg received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1977 and Masters’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration in 1980 and 1984, respectively. He received his law degree at the University of Puget Sound in 1987. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all Washington courts, including the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Washington.
His speaking engagements have included the Association of General Contractors of Washington, the Associated Building Contractors, the Utility Contractors Association, the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association and the American Association of Cost Engineers and various other associations.
