I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experiences with the women at Triad Wellness Center! They are dedicated to improving the community, and it shows through each individual and the team as a whole. I have done a few shaman sessions with Hilda, and they opened my eyes to areas of my life that I wasn't aware needed my attention for healing. Hilda is skilled in many areas, and I was so grateful for her compassion and understanding in such a vulnerable space. I did my first-ever reiki session with Jillian, and was mind-blown. I am wary when it comes to energy healing work, as it can sometimes feel hokey-ish, but she made it feel grounded and helped me open up to the experience. It is difficult to describe the process of the reiki session but it was extremely beneficial for me working through/releasing some traumas that I have stored over the years. I also had the awesome opportunity to attend their Breaking Bread with the Women of Triad event in June. On top of an inspiring, community based conversation with a group of powerful individuals, the four-course plant-based meal was prepared by Brittany and Christina, and it was SO DELICIOUS. I'm going to be honest, I am not a healthy eater, but the meal they prepared showed me that clean eating can taste even better than the less-than-nutritional to put it mildly meals I am used to. I was full, but didn't feel weighed down like I typically do after a large meal. I loved the event because it was so refreshing to be surrounded by people committed to personal growth and I felt a genuine sense of a community that I want to be a part of. My overall favorite attribute of all of these women is their sincerity. I have been turned off by the "illusion of perfection" vibe that I have come across occasionally in the yoga/holistic health community, but Brittany, Christina, Hilda and Jillian are all just very real people, and are open about it, which is much more relatable for me, personally. They create an experience that I am able to trust them in my most vulnerable spaces, and I am so grateful for all of the help they have provided in my healing journey. I highly recommend checking out the variety of wellness options they offer, and give them five stars across the board.

We visited here looking for a homeopathic treatment for our 14 year old Boxer dog’s ear infection. VERY helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Told my pregnant daughter to visit as well.
