As a former battleship sailor, had to try it. Huge and price is good for what you get. Recommend battleship lager as wellFood: 5/5
I was looking for the ultimate hoagie spot in the Burgh. This did not disappoint. The staff mixed with the atmosphere could not be beat. If you're looking for the sandwich spot, look no further.Food: 5/5
Pittsburgh classic, gotta try it to say you tried it. Super Battleship is exactly as advertised, pretty tasty, and the price is EXTREMELY reasonable. they still have the covid set-up, which is totally fine. Staff was unfriendly, but not rude, took forever for someone to acknowledge that I was standing there. would still buy again for a game or party.
This has been a favorite of my family for many years. It's in my home town of Swissvale and they sell the famous Battleship sub, which is like huge and every type I've tried has been great. They can be a little pricey but the service and people there are awesome. We've ordered numerous subs and platters from then for potlucks and gatherings and the crowd always flocked to our table for the Italian sub slices from the Triangle Bar. The environment in store is unique and friendly, the food is good, and every member of the staff has good customer service, even the new hires. I don't know if it's a how they train then or if it's just a natural Triangle family morale, whatever it is, they're doing great! Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair accessible ramp to the entrance.
Great guys working there. Extremely thorough while helping you place your order. Cheesesteak was fantastic 2' long. Chocolate chip are so good. Definitely worth checking out. Parking is a bit iffy.Food: 4/5
Have ordered from here before and always loved the food. Its never been bad. I would give a 5, but based on the rude person I talked to last night when I called, I have to give it a 3. I went to call an order in last night around 7:30pm and opened by saying "I would like to make an order for...." and the person on the phone working there cut me off and promptly says "just so you know, we are out of bread" and then hung up on me. Felt very rude.
This is one of Pittsburgh historical land marks. I used to eat there when I lived in Pittsburgh, and I hit the up every time I come homeFood: 5/5
Really not impressed. I went here given the great reviews and ordered a 10in destroyer pastrami with everything + jalapeños. Came out to $15 $1.50 up-charge for a few jalapeños. Pros: sub was packed with pastrami and the bread was fresh. Cons: pastrami was dry, the sandwich had no flavor even though it included the standard condiments, it hardly had any jalapeños or lettuce or any other condiments, it was not cheap as you would expect for this type of sandwich, the atmosphere was not somewhere you would typically want to sit and eat your meal - feels like a grab and go kind of place.
My husband and I go there all the time. This time the guy gets done eating comes over and asks us what we want without washing his hands. And I asked him to wash his hands before I order. He literally was eyeing us up while he just rinsed his hands off. We never had any problems until him. He's lacking customer service. Last time he threw our battleship together. I got it home and it fell apart without me opening it.
Anytime and I for sure mean anytime I know I'm going into the city it's going to be Triangle for eatting that day plus lunch for the next day. Absolutely delicious down.Food: 5/5
