Triangle Car Washes

Went here for the first time. Was issued a complimentary wash from Lancaster Kia as part of some recent service. The entrance to the car wash was not easy to find. The attendant never even acknowledged my arrival and disappeared into the office. Everything is done via a kiosk, which did not accept the code issued by Kia. There was no response to the "Call Attendant" button. Wound up paying for the "Ultimate" wash which was to include interior vacuuming. The kiosk is supposed to issue a receipt but none was provided. Went through the wash cycle and pulled forward into the vacuum area, Still no Attendant and I left after waiting 10 minutes. Upon inspection, my car exterior was only moderately cleaner. Still had some bird droppings and pollen residue on the car. Needless to say I am not even remotely impressed and will not be returning Do not take this as a reflection of Lancaster Kia as they have no control over this establishment. I recommend going elsewhere than LCM Autowash if you want your car cleaned.

This place is great!!! They power wash my car to get all of the superficial pollen or salt off before I go into the wash itself! It's the best "machine wash" I've ever had!

Staff is great and very friendly. The wash was not. I love the touchless idea but there was still a film of dirt on both of our cars. I had to wipe down both vehicles with a chamois. Great for a quick wash but don't expect a deep clean.

Place was smelly like stagnant water smell. Car wash was sub par at best. Only went there because i got a free wash. Probably wont go back. I would have expected more from the name Mercedes-Benz.

I received a free car wash from LCM so I tried it out. I have never seen a car wash like this were if doesn’t touch your car it goes around it while you sit still. Honestly I wish it would dry the car better but for $7 I’m not going to complain. The staff are also nice and friendly too.

This car wash is behind the Mercedes Benz dealer on Mannheim. It's a one-bay system which means you drive your car into one bay and everything happens in sequence to your car's exterior with the car itself stationery in that one spot. No moving belts. Quick and efficient.

The $8 express wash doesn't wash my car well, there was still some stuck on dirt. It's only good for getting some dust and light grime off of your car, anything more you might have to purchase one of the more expensive options or go to another car wash.

It was alright, my wash was supposed to come with a vacuum but they guy manning the vacuum didn't bother to get off his phone. Gps doesn't take you right to it either you have to wander around

Does a great job at getting my car clean. I always get a free vochure following an oil change at the Hyundai Dealership. So when my oil change is complete I head across the street and get my car washed.
