Never again. The services were good when they first opened. After my most recent experience, I will never go back. The treatment plan they proposed was completely wrong. They realized it midway through the first procedure, but continued anyway. I went from no pain at all to taking Advil around the clock. For the first time ever, I obtained a second opinion midway through the treatment. They could not have been more wrong. Based on how it appeared, it would seem like they were trying to get as much money out of it as possible by having to perform two major procedures on the same tooth. When I obtained the second opinion, they mentioned things this dentist never mentioned. It’s a month later and I am still in pain. They would not even return my call before I went for a second opinion.
Ashleigh was great on my first visit to Triangle Family Dentistry on Kelly Road. She took a lot of time making sure my cleaning was pain free. And Dr.Leech was knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. I might actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned from now on.
Just had my teeth cleaned here and was incredibly impressed by the attention I received and the staff that performed the cleaning and inspection. Ashleigh, was by far one of the most efficient dental hygienists I have worked with. The experience was painless and she was thorough when explaining what she was looking at. Dr. Leech was equally efficient, kind and overall made me feel very comfortable. For the first time in awhile I am not dreading going back for my next cleaning.
Recently moved to Apex and am thrilled to have found Triangle Family Dentistry at Kelly Road. The office is beautiful and clean. Staff members are professional and friendly from the moment you check until all the way to when you check out. Ashleigh, my dental hygienist, was fabulous: she was thorough and gentle in cleaning and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Park was equally impressive: efficient, kind, and was focused on me. Cannot recommend enough - awesome experience!
Absolute used car sales type place. Went in for a routine cleaning and they spent the whole time trying to upsell some deep cleaning over 3 visits that costs a bunch of out of pocket money each time. At no point did they EVER actually clean my teeth. I will certainly be letting my insurance company know this as well. If you just want your teeth cleaned, find another dentist.
Best dentist office! The office itself so clean and beautiful and every single staff member is friendly and extremely accommodating and professional. I recently had to have my tooth removed while pregnant and what could have been a very stressful experience for me was made very easy - I felt I was given all the appropriate knowledge and they booked me in so promptly. Dr Leech performed the procedure with such ease and confidence. I felt I was in the best care and am so happy I found this dentist office!!
Great experience as a new patient! I usually hate going to the dentist, but my appointment at Triangle Family Dentistry was a great experience. The office is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My hygienist, Ellery, was so kind, answered all of my questions, and did a great job with my cleaning. Highly recommend!
I recently switched to a new job with new dental insurance and had to change dental offices as a result. Triangle Family Dentistry in Apex is just right up the road from my house, so due to the convenience of the location I thought I would give it a shot since they accepted my new insurance. Needless to say, I've been extremely happy with the decision. The check-in process was seamless especially for during COVID and the office was super clean. All the staff was extremely nice and personable. The equipment was also very modern compared to my previous provider which actually made the appointment more relaxing and enjoyable. I was so pleased with my experience that my wife and two kids two and three years old also started going there as well. Extremely pleased with the pediatric aspect! I definitely would recommend Triangle Family Dentistry in Apex to anyone nearby.
Was not disappointed in my first-visit experience at Triangle Family Dentistry! I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving at the Brier Creek office. My hygienist Jessica was so personable and although I do not experience dentist-visit-anxiety, I can easily see her helping ease that anxiety! I am not a gadget fan, but the technology they utilize is really amazing and lends to their proactive treatment approach. Clear communication from the start. Highly recommend!
I'm very happy to say that I've found my new dentist, and I plan on staying with this one. As many others have said, the office is beautifully modern and extremely comfortable. Ashleigh cleaned my teeth and she was so thorough that I now realize every cleaning I've had before this was subpar. When Dr. Leech came in I was met with a feeling of comfort and felt like he truly wanted to sort out what was best for my teeth and it didn't feel like they just wanted to take my money. I need to have my wisdom teeth removed, and I was pleased to learn that they can do that right in their office! No need to find another oral surgeon as I would have with my previous dentist. Also, they were very upfront about what I would owe and what my insurance covered. I left their office feeling secure with their service and I feel like I've finally found the right person to rid me of my wisdom teeth. I actually had a good time at the dentist, which I think says a lot. Thank you Ashleigh and Dr. Leech!! You're awesome.
