Highly recommend, it was super easy to book. I went through TURO No extra fees. Needed the car because mine was inoperable, needed this car until I found something. I did do a return the night before and just let them know, made sure I took pictures and put the key back in the box. As much as I could do from when I picked up the car. Overall good experience, good communication and the car was great. Would recommend.

I only gave a 4 because the communication was extremely slow. My reservation was at 10:30 and it was close to 11:30 before they responded on the location of the keys when I had responded to them immediately on what they asked of me. They needs a few pieces of information before releasing the key location which is no issue. I understand but then they wouldn’t respond with the next step until a while later. Ultimately it took about an hour to finalize the process. The car itself was good, clean and smooth

Tried to pick a uhaul via mobile service. Key was not in the lockbox. Number provided online was not active and website was not valid. I had to call uhaul directly to get a number I could use to actually reach the location servicer. I was informed that the key was instead under the seat. The truck did not contain the equipment I ordered and the back door was stuck open, and could not be closed. I was informed it would take another 45 mins to have someone come out and fix it. After the hour delay already, I was not going to wait for someone to show up. Horrible service, provider was not prepared and I assume attempts to run the service remotely. Do not recommend.

The car was great, very clean and was a very smooth ride. Costumer service was also fast and great to work with. Will use them again for sure.

It was easy to reserve a car over the phone, the place was easy to find , staff were quick and friendly, we got to our car right away We got a good car that ran well, and I especially liked the big variety of cars we had to choose from When we went to return the car, it was very easy .
