The Trident Society was very helpful when dealing with a recent death. They were very professional and make the process very easy. They always returned my calls when I had questions. My husband and I decided on purchasing contacts for ourselves so our children didn't have to worry when the time comes. The pricing was very reasonable.

My Mother passed on March 26, 2023. She took her last breath in my arms, at home, while I was telling her how much I loved and appreciated her. The entire process with her transition was absolutely beautiful. The best part was working with Diana at the Trident Society. The professional work ethic, expedience, caring, and efficiency was duly appreciated and made me feel so comfortable that I bought a package for Myself, to make things simple for my son when my times come. My husband and I signed up with Trident Society years ago and I am so happy we did. My husband passed away two weeks ago and so many things I would’ve had to do myself were done by Trident. It was a relief and such a wonderful help. Christopher was my contact and he did a great job not only taking the lead but was quick to respond with answers to my questions or point me in the right direction. I still have to complete the process, pick up my husband’s ashes and death certificates but I am hopeful it will go as smooth as it has so far.
My brother Bob died in late July at age 85. After a cancer diagnosis, he thoughtfully made arrangements for his cremation and the disposition of his cremains nearly 25 years ago because we lived on opposite sides of the country and he had no immediate family nearby. Though his death was not unexpected, it was still very difficult to negotiate the final details of his death. That task was made less traumatic by the comforting guidance of Christopher Turner. Thank you, Christopher.
As everyone knows, a perfect score is not possible. There's always room for improvement. I already knew what I wanted. When I contacted Bianca she gave me my options. It was easy to choose the option that fit my wishes best. The prices are locked in. The entire experience has taken pressure off from me.
During one of the most traumatic experiences in my life, I found Christopher Turner with Trident Society was very compassionate and professional. Working with Christopher made this process a little more bearable. Severe grief came over me and my brain was all over the place. It was difficult comprehending and understanding the process, but Chris was super patient and kind to explaining things. Even after we left the office and had questions, Chris was very responsive in getting back to me to clarify the process. I would recommend Trident to everyone…my Aunt is contacting Trident to place her affairs in order.
I was very happy with the care that I received from Diana at the passing of my brother. As his estranged sister, I had to step in and help his adult children with this difficult situation as he died estranged from them as well. The communication between Diana and myself was excellent, including pictures of the service, which none of the family attended. It was a sad and difficult situation for all of us, but I am grateful for the help we received from 3,000 miles away. The price for his cremation and all the help was very reasonable and my brother has a place for his remembrance now.
My representative, Tommy Martin was so kind, genuine and helpful! Having to make End of Life arrangements is not easy or something most folks ever care to consider until after it’s too late. That was my experience after losing my Dad to Cancer. We were not prepared and of course the stress along with mourning his loss was almost impossible. I wanted it to be different for my Mom and considering the cost and my own Mom’s desires of choice, I called, investigated many options and decided on Neptune/Trident Society. Not only was Tommy Martin a pleasure to work with, his genuine kindness with this uneasy subject, along with his willingness to answer a zillion questions gave me such confidence that I chose not only to go with him for my Mom, but also my own arrangements! What a wonderful person Tommy is, his patience and understanding was so valuable to me and I’m grateful that I was able to connect with such a warm hearted person for this circumstance!!!
