I’ve been using Trifecta for about a couple of months now and have been very satisfied with the meals. I’ve been very impressed with the taste overall, they’re definitely delicious!  This service is perfect for me because it’s easy, microwaveable and they pick the meals after you specify the style you wantpaleo, keto etc.  The taste has been delicious and surprised because it’s a prepackaged. You can definitely cook it on a skillet if you have the time for the best dining experience but for time saving purposes, the microwave is for me.  I’ve only had two issues, two meals that were weird tasting but customer service had no problem fixing the issue with credits etc. The variety is great & overall it’s a great service.  The new packaging is definitely a lot more awesome. Easier to take off the label and microwaving with this version is a lot easier with the side pull tab. Shout out to Greg Connolly too!

Emily B was a phenomenal customer service representative! She assisted me with my plan and left no questions unanswered. Trifecta’s team has enabled me to enjoy my meals on a restricted diet for medical reasons. It is always reassuring knowing you have companies out here that look out for the best interest of the customer.

I just received my first shipment, and I am horrified!!  Let me show you what you ACTUALLY get!  I ordered 14 meals, and every. single. one. Is punctured and ruined.  I would never trust the food or integrity of this company!

Since starting my nutritional journey to better health, I first had to see a Bariatric Dr to rule out if I needed surgery, since losing a pound was impossible, even with all my workouts, walks, and IFIT journey as well. Something had to give. After many doctors, and finding out that carbs were actually harming me, we opted for a keto lifestyle, and never looking back at carbohydrates… although very strict I had to look into what meal plans were available for the keto lifestyle…especially since I’m training for the Summit Push in Utah for June. Introduce Trifecta. A lifestyle and eye opening change to eating! WOW! What an amazing company! Organic, delicious, keto happiness, and everything and more what I could ask for in a meal delivery system! The coaching they have to help, along with my doctors, and yes, my doctors approve of Trifecta as it’s the perfect match to my protein shakes and low carb eating lifestyle. I will be ready for June and Snow Basin and IFIT challenge will be so welcoming as I am a Trifecta girl all the way!! Thanks Coach Crystal for your amazing call today!! DO NOT BUY THESE MEALS.....received my meals today.....OMG can I say disgusting. The first one was so bad, I trashed it, decided to try another one- it too was just bland, rubbery, been frozen too long or maybe old ingredients  THEY are definitely pre-frozen they all were solid blocks!  Not to mention the ingredients appeared they had been frozen for a while.  Upon heating per instructions, the taste was horrible, and very rubbery!!  In past 3 weeks I decided to try several meal companies - Sprinly and Factor Meals -- trust me, their ingredients for very fresh and even in package they all looked delicious - and they were!  I am trying to figure out who I wanted to stick with!!! it WILL NOT BE TRIFECTA!!!   I advise you to go another route!

Breanne and the whole Trifecta team have been so amazing this year. The service makes our life so much easier and were able to provide fresh and organic options to our family. Thank you for making this process so easy. The shipping is easy. Customer service is always great. And it’s easy to make changes. Very straightforward and helps with getting in shape and staying fit.

Received my very first order.  Very disappointed over their Adusing famous athletes.  Inside of box was total mess. Many of food containerspaper were smashed, food exposed out of containers and leaking all over.  Some of them I had to toss. Also not easy to deal with customer service.  I wanted to cancel next shipment but they refused, even it is a week away due to production issue.  They stated “You are one of more than over 10000 Clints we have, we are unable to pull your next production”.   Totally dissatisfied for their service.

First off Trifecta as a company, the quality of their food and customer service is definitely worthy of 5 stars! However the shipping company they use has been highly unreliable which is why I posted 3 stars. The shipper will say that a package is delivered however nothing shows up and they don’t post any pictures of the deliveries. At one point they delivered a package to a house 10 miles away from me with a completely different street name and address. Luckily the people were nice enough to leave me a note and I was able to get that delivery. I am lucky to get one or maybe two deliveries a month even though the tracking always says it was delivered. Crazy frustrating as I love the Trifecta food and service. Trifecta customer service is top shelf though. Emily Barnes has helped me along the way and always super responsive and helpful in getting me a refund or replacement. Trifecta is five stars. The shipping company they use isn’t worthy of one star unfortunately. Hopefully I’m not the only one complaining and they will get a new shipping company soon!

I am in love with this food! It is pricey But worth every penny! The breakfasts and lunches and delicious  I feel so good eating these. Satisfied like never before. I requested no salmon. I was disappointed yesterday when I opened my box and there was one salmon in there. I left a message and it was answered so quickly by Breanne and she asked for a pic, then had a credit issued so fast! This company has fantastic customer service and the food is so GOOD!! THANK YOU again Breanne I sure do appreciate the nice service.

First time using a meal delivery system, thankful to find a great product like Trifecta! Meals are reasonably priced, tasty and their customer service is phenomenal. I was extremely dissatisfied to receive my package in poor condition but Emily Barnes from Trifecta turned my frown around. She responded quickly, constantly followed up, was professional and cared about me as a customer.  She was able to quickly resolve my issue and apologized event though it wasn't her fault.  Because of this I plan to be a long term customer.  Kudos on the amazing customer service!
