Ordered pizza from a Kalamazoo Pizza Hut two or three weeks ago. Waited over an hour and a half when it was supposed to take 50-60 minutes. The pizza tracker showed the pizza was in the car the last over 50 minutes of that time. Called in after 80 minutes. Was advised my food had been marked delivered. Roughly 20 minutes later we finally got it, cold and dry. I tried calling multiple times, got routed to an outsourced line that can only assist with taking orders and kept sending me back to the store location, even after me advising them no one was answering and the voicemail wasn’t set up after 9pm on a Sunday, so not a crazy busy time. This went on for 30 minutes. I finally just got a survey and filled out how awful the experience was. Today I got a letter from Trigo Hospitality, offering me a free pizza from that location because the bad experience. Hard pass.

A company that values a handful of people at the expense of all it's other employees. To work or manage for Trigo is to truly understand the Machiavellian hell of ineffectual leadership. Yeah my bad should have listened to my partner before writing this

Placed online order with Schoolcraft store last night for delivery via my Pizza Hut account. Paid on line and received confirmation # and approximate delivery time. Waited approx. 45 beyond stated delivery time to call the store. Was informed they did not have any deliver orders & were not taking any delivery orders. I offered my confirmation number and was told they couldn't take it as they didn't have my order. I realize times are very difficult in your industry. You may want to disable the delivery feature from your order site. Here is my order info, if interested in checking it out:

Tried to call and couldn't even get a voicemail to leave a message for the person I was trying to reach. I guess I'm not as important as they say. I'm pretty sure you might lose my business.
