It has been a pleasant experience working with Avery at Trihelm. I saw two listing that I was interested in and submitted a request to view them. I was quickly contacted to schedule a viewing. After deciding on the property, I applied and was approved quickly. I have since moved in and only had a few minor issues that were resolved expeditiously. They are A1 in my book and Avery is amazing at what she does. Give them a shot if you’re considering them.

Very communicative and proactive management company.  They handle several homes and duplexes for us in a challenging market.  I've found that the staff is responsive and understands that my success is theirs as well.  Highly recommended!

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Called into the office to ask about viewing a rental property. A pretty rude lady informed me that I would need to go online and fill out an application just to view the property. I have to put my social, my driver license info, my work info, my family info, give them all this info just to view a property. When asked why she told me that they want to know who they are showing the property to. So, if that was the truth then they should have to fill that same form out and give it to me. I would like to know if a serial killer is going to be showing me this property and kill me in the kitchen. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to jump through all those hoops just to see if I am going to like living in this home. I would hate to see once the contract is signed how they act. Run quick with this place, very quick! This could be why they have rental properties sitting un-leased for so long. Their customer service sucks.

Trihelm is an amazing property management company. The two most important things are done exceptionally well! Making sure homes are rented and clear, consistent communication!

We have moved some of our properties in the MSA to them and are very happy we did that. They are upfront and on the ball. Skipper and Adam are amazing and the new manager Kristany is blowing it out of the water. She is prompt, communicates clearly and set expectations that Trihelm can meet. I'd recommend any one looking for a PM or a rental home in Jackson MSA to first reach out to Trihelm.

I have enjoyed my first few months with Trihelm and would go through the process of renting from them again in a heart beat. The smoothness of everything in this whole ordeal has been nothing but nice people to deal with taking care of every need that I have had at my townhome. I have already gotten 3 co-workers places to stay in short time I’ve been here and I will recommend everyone who asks about a place to stay to connect these wonderful people.

Great rental company and overall very professional. As a first time home renter they have been very accommodating in handling any problems or questions I had. Avery really did take great care of us. Will definitely recommend them to others.

We applied for our house when we only had a week before my friend moved out of state.  Avery got us a viewing of our home two days after we applied.  We applied on a Friday and got approved that following Wednesday.  She has gone above and beyond to make sure that are doing okay.  She was amazing to get a plumber out to our house within a couple of days when our bath tub wasn’t draining.  We love Trihelm
