My mother was whom is a cancer patient went to the er not feeling well from the treatment and needs and they forced her against her own will into trinity when she tried to refuse they made hospital security take her and kept her against her will when we went up there they were rude and called security because we wanted to know what was going on worst experience ever and after the officer made us leave they called 30 minutes later to say they releasing her
Everytime I talk to someone on the phone here they are so rude. I've done a outpatient program they have and it was a great program ran by amazing councilors but that's literally the only good thing about this place. The medication lady Lisa put me on a medicine that isn't safe for breastfeeding after telling me to my face it was. I took it for a whole month before finding out. Forget getting a appointment when you need one. You'll be waiting 2-3 months. Place is a joke.
They treat you awful for one and in the five years I have been going here I have seen 5 different doctors. High turnover rate here. Start treating your employees well so they can treat their patients well.
I don’t know who the negative reviews are from but some people patients are the because they are psychotic & out of control. Its a secure facility. You aint in there fore a vacation. You are there for treatment. Ive been twice. Staff are awesome...every one of them. Food os great. Big screen TV & about 150 movies, books, private rooms. Constant checking & monitoring. I wont be back but I recommend it to anyone serious about getting better.
A couple years back I had the therapist who I won’t name. She laughed in my face when I told her I had bad hygiene. Because I’m severally depressed. That kinda happens when you can’t even get out of your bed. Idk where she got her degree from if she didn’t know that. She tried to convince me that I wasn’t in the lgbtq+ community because I was too young and that “I should think about it more because my life would never be the same.” She compared me to my sister constantly. She never took me seriously with anything that I tried to tell her. I have a horrible relationship with mentally health professionals now. This place is horrible. Don’t even consider going here.
They don't care about patients with Medicaid. They don't value time wasted or money spent. If you know someone who needs help, do not go here, they will turn you away for their convenience.
Staff is very unprofessional. They play games with psych patients. Push them to breaking points for their own amusement . It’s very sad that people go there for help but leave feeling worse because of the staff.
This place is awful! I took someone in there for heroin addiction and they turned him away because they said they needed to see more active withdraws... I don't understand how they can turn down anyone who wants help. It's a very sad situation
Horrible experience. Very inexperienced staff with short tempers.
