Working with Lisa to plan our trip to Mexico for a friends 30th was a real treat. She guided us through the process of booking our hotel, excursion, and transfers from the airport so we were truly able to enjoy our vacation once we got there. She was quick to respond with any questions we had in a few days leading up to departure and even while we were enjoying our stay. This is my first time using a travel agent, as I typically take on all the planning myself, and I could not recommend her enough for future travelers.
We worked with Melissa to help us plan the honeymoon of our dreams! We wanted to go to the Maldives, and Melissa made that come true for us and MORE! She helped us plan a three day stopover in Dubai on the way to Maldives to make our trip that much better and more special. Melissa and her team were so easy to reach and work with. They were quick to respond to emails and made sure that every little detail was planned and organized so that we could truly live in bliss the whole time we were away. I will absolutely be recommending Melissa and her team to anyone and everyone I know!
Melissa and Fer were awesome in helping us plan an amazing honeymoon to Big Island, Hawaii!! They were always so quick to respond and answered all of our concerns, including an unexpected last minute change to our honeymoon destination. My sister worked with Melissa for her honeymoon and I too would highly recommend them to any couple!
Melissa helped plan the honeymoon of our dreams to Greece. She worked with me to plan out the hotels that best suited our wants and locations as well. Her and her team found our flights and ferry rides as well. We stayed at some magical places and will definitely be reaching out to Melissa for future trips overseas. The only part I wish was mentioned was transportation from the port in santorini to the hotel since it was about a half hour drive away. We ended up renting a car but didn’t really want to do that due to expensive pricing, would have been okay with an alternative mode of travel to the hotel. however I would recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a great trip!! And she deserves 5 stars for all her expertise.
Nothing but 5 stars for Tripguy! Right from the beginning Mitch was super communicative and transparent while helping us pick a resort for our wedding. Our agent assigned to us, Christine, had an insanely quick response time whenever I had questions or if any of our guests had questions. To work with them for our wedding travel plans was a dream and we cannot speak highly enough of the agency. Will def use for future vacations. If you are a destination bride looking for an agency to work with, Tripguy is the way to go.
If you’re looking to book a trip for a large group of people, a destination wedding, or truly any trip at all, TripGuy should be your go to agent they’re now ours!. We used TripGuy travel agents to coordinate all of the travel to our wedding in Mexico at Secrets Moxché in Playa del Carmen and could not recommend them enough. They helped us to coordinate travel, transportation and accommodations for over 100 guests seamlessly. We want to specifically thank Mark Rinker for his timely responses and communication with all guests. Mark worked with our guests to book rooms, flights and hotel accommodations, and was incredible in facilitating last minute additions and changes. Our guests had such a good experience in fact, that a few of them who are planning trips, including a destination wedding, are now trusting TripGuy’s team. When narrowing down a resort for the wedding, Mitch was great in helping us to evaluate resort options, walking us through pros and cons of various locations, and putting us in touch with resort staff to plan the wedding and events. He played a pivotal advisory role in helping us make a selection for a resort by understanding what we did and did not want in a resort, venue and overall guest experience. Thank you to Mark, Mitch and the TripGuy team for a truly memorable and stress free experience!!! This was one of the best vacations we and our guests have been on and we will forever be grateful for your assistance in planning such a special trip.
Our honeymoon was 14 days endless excitement. Spain and Portugal are beautiful but the locations and things to do Melissa and Fer referred us to, took this trip to the next level. We normally don’t care about what hotels we stay in but seeing what they picked for us showed us what we were missing. It’s a no brainer to keep using Melissa for our destination trips. See our pictures but I promise you these don’t do it justice. You work hard, chat with Melissa and take a trip you deserve!
We are so grateful to Mitch for working through the process of choosing a destination wedding venue/ resort sight unseen. Working with him and his team was methodical and allowed us the guidance / yet freedom and knowledge to make the best choice based on our needs. Thank you so much. We had an amazing week that we'll never forget. Thanks for helping us choose the most gorgeous hotel that we never would have chosen without his help. Our guests ranted and raved about the beauty of the hotel, the grounds, the food and service. The wedding day was honestly more beautiful and wonderful than we could have ever imagined!!!
My husband and I HIGHLY recommend everyone to use Tripguy for your destination wedding. We just got married two weeks ago in Riveria Maya and it all turned out amazing thanks to them. Before using Tripguy, I was very stressed and did not know where to begin when it came to choosing a hotel, let alone a hotel that fit our needs and wedding vibes. Tripguy takes all the guessing work away, and Mitch is so knowledgeable in every resort possible. Mitch sat with us through zoom and asked us questions to get to know what we wanted in a resort and what we did not want. After our initial meeting he provided numerous hotels, he thought would fit our vibes, and from that very moment I knew we were working with the best. I honestly could not say one negative thing about Mitch and team, they go above and beyond to make your planning go as smoothly as possible. There will always be minor hiccups with the hotel side, but that’s where you are thankful that you have Mitch and his team, because they step in right away literally within seconds and you don’t have to stress about anything. Before working with Mitch, I could not even get hotels to reach out to me directly on starting my wedding planning. As soon as Mitch was involved, I was working with someone directly from the hotel within days. Mitch has already been recommended to my best friend who is getting married In Puerto Vallarta this upcoming January and they cannot thank me enough for telling them about Tripguy. I think peoples biggest concern about a travel company is that you will have to pay them fees, but you do not – we did not pay anything, but in all honesty, they are so good at what they do and made my planning go smoothly that I would pay any fee they charge. Do yourself a favor and use them, you will not regret it! Also, shout out to Ilse from Tripguy who took care of all my guests hotel booking, transportation to/from hotel, and answered all our questions/emails within hours. Thank you Tripguy, you guys made our wedding trip a dream come true
From beginning to end, TripGuy made our trip to Mexico easy. All the details of the reservation and excursions were handled with ease. Will definitely recommend this group and use again for future trips!
