2 Sundays recently I tried to go before 10pm and you were closed! What gives?

Went in to use their ATM. Tried to withdraw $20. The machine just kept saying processing. I informed the manager. I believe his name was Jay. He told me my account was overdrawn and to wait for my receipt. I used my phone to show him that he was wrong. He was foreign, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt, even though I was very insulted. I just told myself maybe he didn’t understand how to communicate very well in English. When I opened my banking app, it showed that I certainly was not overdrawn. It also showed that the $20 had been taken from my account, as well as $4.50 in fees. I showed him. He said there’s nothing he could do because he thinks my account was overdrawn. Finally a receipt printed after nearly 20 minutes. It said no money was dispensed. My bank account says otherwise. He was not willing to make it right, and continued insulting me. Don’t shop here.
