I do NOT recommend this business. I have been using this storage unit since August 2019. I went to move my furniture out this week and the roof has a cut in it and leaked water all over my nearly brand new sectional sofa. My sofa is now covered in mold and when I wanted to discuss this with the owner he said it’s not his problem, that it wasn’t his fault. He is refusing to pay for damages or even pro rate the month since we have moved out on the 5th. I trusted this business to keep my furniture safe and not only did my furniture get ruined but the owner has been extremely rude about the situation.
My husband and I have rented from Mike several times over the last ten years and never had any problems, the facility was always clean and well taken care of. Never had any problems with security as he had a coded gate and was never rude when I'd forget the code. Mike has always been easy to work with and will use his storage units if we ever need one in the future.
Have rented in this facility since 2012. Mike was quite impressive on our first meeting. Very knowledgeable businessman. This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever used. Never have I had a problem. Feel assured if there is a problem it will be taken care of in a timely manner. One can not fix something if they are not aware that there is indeed a problem.
I’ve rented here before and have never had any issues the customer service is the best and Mike is very reliable. The facility itself is very secure and clean, never have I worried about keeping my stuff here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mini storage.
I've been renting a unit here for over 5 years and I have to say I rate Triple G Mini Storage in Quitman Texas as being the best storage facility there is. It has excellent security. Mike, the owner and operator of this facility is one of the friendliest people I know. I read the negative review that someone left and I must honestly say it isn't in the least bit true and was probably left by a disgruntled renter that blamed the facility for his failures because I know for a fact that a late fee of $10 isn't added on until after the 5th of each month and that late fee covers you until about the 20th of the month. I know this because I'm late 4 out of ever 5 months. It's a very reasonable and fair fee I'm more than happy with. Being that you don't have to pay a late fee until after the 5th means that if you mail you payment to the P.O. Box specified in your lease on or even a few days after the 1st, it should still get there on time. And if you need to contact Mike, he will return your call. I've called him a few times at his house and I've never once had any problems. All in all, if you are looking for a great storage facility with a friendly owner, you can't go wrong with this facility. If I could rate this facility higher than 5 stars, I would.

Never have to worry about my stuff, great security the owner Is a super nice guy! The poor review isn’t true I’ve always mailed my payment in and as long as it was post marked before the 5th it was never late! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone!
I can't recommend Triple G enough. Michael is rational and keeps a clean, well-maintained property.
Have been storing my belongings here for 12 years they are very professional, very secure. Never has my belongings been more safe and I have never had to worry about payments of my bills. A great place.
He takes three weeks to cash your checks, he is NEVER there, and if your payment isn't in his hand by the 2nd, it's an extra 10 bucks. So if you mail in your payment, it's late, every month. He refuses to show up to take money and refuses to work with you at all to get into the unit. It's the 5th today, and he still hasn't gotten the payment I sent in the mail on the 30th to be there by the first. Go elsewhere for storage. As soon as I can get back in, I'm emptying my unit. I have never had so much trouble with a storage unit. This guy doesn't care about you, nor his business. Stay away and save yourself the trouble.
