My first time here.  Was a little disappointed but the caveat is a purchased the cheap package.  But even with the cheap package I do not expect there to be soap remaining when done.  I was also disappointed with the water remaining. The system moves you through pretty quick and there was plenty of water to be wiped away.  The good thing is are people, and vacuums.  The staff at the desk were friendly and very helpful in explaining their devices and how the app works. The vacuums sucked really good and they weren’t super noisy.  There’s a new one coming to my hometown and I was hoping it would be an improvement but I’m not sure.  So before I jump in on the monthly I’m going to try a few more single washes and see how it goes.  UPDATE AFTER SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE: With the new step tailgate the soap gets on the cracks and is not rinsed out but the blower hits it and blows it out.  They are working to try to find a fix for this.  I also learned that with the subscription package I can go through as needed to cover the dirt that may remain.  That’s a good value!  Manager that I spoke with super nice and helpful. ———

If you're subscribed to their monthly wash it's five stars, but sometimes the first wash doesn't get it done for me. The rims, hood or bottom doors will need a little more attention. You can wash as many times as you like at any location if subscribed.

I had not experienced a car wash like this before. It was thorough. I especially liked that the vacuum hoses were placed so both sides of the car could be reached. I liked that floor mats machine. It is a great place. Thanks!

Really good car wash they use a lot less of them twirling brushes against your paint unlike most other car washes that's easier on your paint and just as good clean will return

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! The car washed cracked my windshield and now the manager Cameron is saying that it wasn’t their fault! Take your car anywhere else but here unless you want it to be damaged

The wash was very well done for automated cleaning. What really made the whole experience was the vacuum station. The vacuum was of great quality and superior suction. Plus I love the fact that the trash bins/vacuum hose holders were big red balls. Added a playful aspect to the experience.

Love this car wash. I'm a Lyft driver and use it at least once/week. My two favorite things are: use of a conveyor belt system to pull cars through no rails to scratch the rims on my wider tires and the floor mat wash/dry machines. The vacuums are good, but items usually paper often get caught in the nozzle, reducing the suction power. I downgraded my previous 5-star review because the floor mat machines have often been out of service, and the restrooms have been out of service for months at the two locations I use Peoria and Sheridan locations.
