Big office building type storage facility with multiple floors and endless hallways of flimsy metal cubicles with lockable roll up doors. The one elevator probably wouldn't be sufficient if two people were moving to or from the 2nd floor. The provided roll cart was small and only allowed me to take two boxes at once, which equalled many trips and a long day.

Helped a friend move some stuff in, they have broken equipment, people seemingly living in their storage units, drinking alcohol on the property, saw a guy smoking something with a straw and foil behind an RV, passed one unit inside and upstairs and as you approached you could smell the overwhelming stench of human urine within 15' in any direction of the unit, it was so bad as I became parallel to the unit I began dry heaving and had to hold back vomiting. The smell lingered horribly  All in all I would say this place isn't worth $10 a month for a 10x10 in its current state, obviously the owners need to fire management and get someone who is going to make sure the space is safe and sanitary.

Very clean & the manager is very kind and helpful. Multiple security precautions are put in place which makes this place feel safer than most storages. Would definitely rent here again

He has been with trojan for quite a while now he 8s a great asset to this company he definitely knows his job..thank you.

I rented a unit at Trojan Storage/Oxnard from 2018-2021 and I NEVER had a problem.  The office personnel is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.  The facility itself is clean, well cared for and safe.  If I  ever need to rent a storage unit I'll definitely rent from here.  I would and have recommended this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I love Trojan storage. Daniella has been amazing at making sure all our needs were met and questions were answered. Great customer service!

The manager was really nice. He explained everything to me and broke everything down to where I knew exactly what I was paying for and when I needed to pay it by and he also walked me through the whole storage place and even gave me a map because it can be confusing in there. Plus the prices are pretty reasonable especially when I needed a storage last a minute. And their selection of different sized units is more than I've seen a lot of storage places and their security gives you peace of mind

The level of service that Armando and Emanuel provide is exceptional. Second to none. This place is clean and secure. This is our first storage experience and I’ve got to say that no one can beat what’s going on here. 5 stars, for sure.

Service is great  that guy Armando is very helpful he makes it so much easier for me. And Emmanuel is very good at his job he really made me feel good about renting my unit here .

This Trojan location is a great place to store items because it is very clean. The guys that run this location do a terrific job keeping the standards high. There is no sleeping in the units and no trash. Everyone does their job to keep it clean.  Great Job . Patty K
