My experience in construction began in 1975 building new homes in Florida.
I moved to Fayetteville, NC in 1987 where I met Charles Singletary, the original
owner of Tropic Breeze Aluminum of Fayetteville. We worked together on projects
concentrated mostly on building aluminum screened-in and glassed-in rooms,
thus the name, Tropic Breeze.
New home construction, additions, renovations and home improvements began
when I purchased the business from Charles in 1998 after receiving my General
Contractor license.
