Food was so hot and delicious, I got a buffalo chicken wrap and I was so delighted with how good it was. I got a chocolate peanuts butter smoothie as well and it’s better than any milkshake I’ve ever had and healthier!!!! Also ally was so polite and professional really made my day she deserves a raise. Will be coming back. Highly recommend.
I would give no stars if possible. Staff was absolutely rude. Asked for an extra side of salsa, was charged for it. They did not put it in the bag. When I politely asked for another side of salsa, that I paid for. The girl tells me that they are out of it, refused to give it to me, and continued to argue. Just left without it, not going to argue with children. Wont be back. Don't appreciate being treated so rudely. Food is overpriced and overrated anyways.
Mannnnn listen. One of the best smoothies I have tasted. Staff was very delightful and very welcoming. I was just visiting the area. But whenever I come. This smoothie place is a must. Keep up the good work guys.
Allyson was very professional and made my food perfect. She was so kind and told me she was one of the mangers! If this is true, she deserves more than a manager position. I will be recommending my friends to this place.

I ordered a Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap and smoothie with Kale Apple Slaw…so the wrap and the smoothie looked and tasted great…but what in the H*ll is this? The slaw looked nasty and it had a smell…so order this combo often and this is the first time I have encountered this! What’s going on with this place?
I went to Tropical Smoothie on 2/05/23 to get a smoothie. Brittany & Rachael were the two up front making the smoothies. Brittany took my order & I could tell that Rachael was new & learning but despite being busy Brittany was right there teaching/helping her. They both are very nice, patient & professional. They should be proud to work here & be apart of your team.
Overly militant with demanding to see dashers screens they very demanding and want you to show them multiple times. I understand the security issue but they are overly prying makes you feel like they think you’re stealing when you’re really just trying to work
I’ve had a few bad smoothies from this place but today’s was enough for me to leave the review and swear off the is location for a few months. Both my fiancé and I ordered peanut paradises and mine is straight up banana water that’s pinkI added strawberry I don’t taste any peanut butter and not a hint of strawberry and it’s not even the right consistency. Hers on the other hand is banana ice cream.
Food is good but the cash register is in the back with no signage and staff aren't helpful.
