Nice staff, clean environment, and good food!
This place is grand!.. When certain places had stop serving breakfast all day,I made my way here to a very delicious breakfast wrap...and enjoyed that to the fullest! Their smoothies are great as well!...love the idea of having the extra vitamin supplements needed for the day. Depending on who is working,that depend on the service of acknowledgement when you walk in,walk up,and walk out.
I love the food and smoothies. Krista M is an exceptional customer service rep and chef. I truly enjoy and prefer it when she prepares my food and smoothies.
It's been a few years since I was at a tropical smoothie so this visit was a welcome change. Everything was delicious, especially the jalapeño corn which I probably could've eaten until I made myself sick!!! The staff was friendly and really knew the menu. The only problem was it cost me over $30 for 2 people, that's just crazy!!!
Just got my normal breakfast burrito like always but this time it was different. It was tiny, flat and depressing. Brought it back in because this is unlike this store, but I was informed this was the new $5 burrito intened by the store manager. So this 1 star is for the store manager and their quality control. If I want a flat, tiny, sad burrito I would of gave Mc Donald's a dollar and not you five. Not sure if this was business strategy of ripping off your loyal customers but I will not take part of it. Very bold busines strategy. I hope the owner of this place realizes whats going on and corrects this terrible store manager decision soon before they drive away the rest of your business. Now excuse me while I look for a second breakfast. Also, please correct your pictures to accommodate the food you're actually serving to people now. You shouldn't be allowed to use old photos of how you used to make a product if you're changing it. If you're going to be other lazy, cheap, fast food chain, at least have some honest and clarity on your product.
1 st visit after listening to a radio ad, it did not disappoint! Delicious and nutritious.
The smoothies are great and the sandwiches are great....I see why so many people have left negative reviews based on service and the lack of being greeted. I walked in and was the only person in there other than the 2 girls working, neither girl greeted me or even cared to pay much attention that I was even there. Once she finally did come and take my order everything went pretty smooth but all communication was off after that. Too bad the service is what it is or buisness would probably be booming for you guys.
Got 2 cards several years ago. Filled one up and 2 short on the second one, called them up to make sure they will honor them. Tropical cafe smoothie un Bartow said they will not honor their own stamped by 10 get 1 free card.
Tropical Smoothie should sell their salsa in stores. It was some of the best that I have ever eaten.
It is a pleasant, quiet place, a good atmosphere to share. I like the combination of pineapple, mango and orange
