Food was a 10 Staff overall was a 10 Restaurant cleanliness was a 6
Went into this location this morning and the girl behind the counter was whipping her hair all over the place trying to put it up in a bun, then started touching the blenders setting stuff up. I lost my appetite and left!! I will never go back into location, she should have already had her hair up before she even walked into work or not done that in front of customers very gross and unsanitary!!!!!!!!!!!
I walking to the store at 435pm no one greeted or said anything not even a I'll be right with you. I was not acknowledged at all. Need a staff. Meeting on how to properly greet customers.
Order was done quickly. The two sandwiches though barely had meat in them and the smoothies weren’t smoothies, they were full of chunks of ice that kept clogging the straw.
Wonderful, very quick and incredible customer service at this location!! Linnea Have been by incredible, she really makes the experience excellent!

For the price of the food, you'd expect it not burnt. Consistently trash. Rude employees. Nothing like the Hillsborough location in Tampa. This is a ZERO STAR REVIEW.
My only complaint is needing more locations near Spring Hill and Port Richey. When you want a refreshing drink and light lunch this restaurant hits that spot. Pictured is Bahama Mama and Baja Shrimp Quesadilla. Not Pictured is Mock Cocktail Smoothie w Lime Edible Straw and Chicken Caprese sandwich. All of it was delicious and at a reasonable cost.
I went in to pick up lunch today, 12/29. I walked into a completely empty store with two workers one at the front counter preparing a smoothie and one just inside the back room still visible. When I entered, I said hello to them. No acknowledgement, no response, no hello. The woman at the front counter turned her back to me. The young girl came out of the back with a meal, put it on the counter, turned and walked back into the back. Still no greeting or acknowledgement and still no other customers in the store. After another few minutes of waiting, I walked out and won't be back. If they can't be bothered to even acknowledge a customer, I can't be bothered to spend my hard earned money on them.
