This tropical smoothie is good, but I’ve never had to wait so long at any other location before. Every time I come here I expect to wait at least 15-25 minutes just to get a smoothie and a wrap. I feel like they need more staff here or something. I’ve been sitting in here for 20 minutes and there’s still people waiting for their food as well that have been here before I got here.. just like every other time. I wish there was a different location near by.
Usually love the food but I went in today around 4pm and there was only one employee. He told me it was his second week and he was clearly stressing and didn't know how to make anything. I ordered two smoothies, a wrap, and a salad and I was the only customer at the time. I sat for an entire HOUR for my food that normally takes 10 minutes. He continually forgot that I had more parts to my order and it didn't even get made until another employee eventually came in. Not to mention my wrap was made terribly and not even close to how it usually comes. Wasn't even wrapped properly with the food sticking out touching the counter. Luckily the other employee remade the food for me, but I don't think I'll be coming here anymore.
Although there are inconveniences sometimes, I really want to say that the owner is so kind and she's committed to make things right when something happens. I truly appreciate that and I wish them the best!
No consistency here. Sometimes, I order, and the smoothie is perfectly blended, great flavor, and I’m very happy! Other times, it’s watery, has barely any flavor, and I usually have to throw it away.
Bruh. Don’t judge a book by its cover/n
This place is inconsistent, I usually get a kiwi quencher with whey protein and some days they get it right other times they don’t. The last 3 times I went it’s like they don’t even bother to make the order right.
Came in right at close, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us! They had already started tearing down but made us our smoothies. The two employees were Mikayla and Kyler. The kids liked Mikayla's feather tattoo also.
I wish I could count on this location to be consistent. Half the time my smoothies are amazing and the other half they’re disgusting. Just got one yesterday that was so watery I couldn’t even drink it. More like flavored milk than a smoothie. Such a bummer.
I was the only person in there and my order took forever. My smoothie was chunky, my food took about 25 min, and when I got my food she missed and item.
Friendly staff and awesome smoothies. Vegan protein options available. They also had a hummus wrap.
