Found this place with my coworker and gotta tell ya, very good spot! Atmosphere is great, staff is friendly, and to say the least food is good! I've been coming here a lot, my favorite is the Buffalo Wrap with the Kiwi Quencher smoothie with Vitamin C and B12 added. It may take a while for your food to be ready but you could always order ahead by using the app, could customize your order and also could sign up for rewards. Highly recommend

2 of us and another couple separately arrived during business hours, approx. 1:10PM Mon 2/13/23. Store was closed. UPS sticker on door indicates was closed earlier. The other couple indicated Rancho Cucamonga was also closed. So, why offer a free smoothie via T-Mobile Tuesdays?! Prob needs to be marked temporarily or permanently closed. Gas and time too valuable to come here.

I went here back in November to get a smoothie and ordered through the app, when I got there they were closed it was during business hours. There was no sign saying why they were closed. I tried calling multiple times and on different days to see if they could refund me or at least give me app credit and no answer. The time I did go there there was only one person working and management not in sight. I don't know if I would want to come here again poor customer service and no urgency to satisfy there customers.

I normally really love coming here but this is just unacceptable. This is the second time I've placed an order online during business hours and when I go to pick it up no one is in the store. Today they had a sign stating they were "closed for labor day" which is understandable but why can't you guys make sure you're updating the apps in which people can order from that you are closing early or closing for a holiday. While I was leaving a doordash driver pulled up, I'm assuming to come pick up and order for someone but couldn't, I can't imagine the nightmare that caused with the app and those people getting their money back. This is ridiculous.

Ordered a peanut butter smoothie today at noon, out of peanut butter. Asked for a mocha smoothie, out of mocha. I then settled for another smoothie. Two hours later, my girlfriend ordered a smoothie and they said they were out of strawberries and bananas. This is a smoothie place. How do you not have any of this stuff? Does not make sense at all.

I have heen here atleast a dozen times because my daughter loves their smoothies, but they are always out of bananas.

Went Sat Feb 11 and they were closed even though their hours on Google were updated a week ago and say they are open.

This is the 2nd time Ive ordered food from this location and both times the food has been made wrong and untasteful. I have tried to submit a complaint through tropical smoothies contact form online and never receive a response.

Yesterday t mobile Tuesday had a 24 oz smoothie and this location was closed .

So I ordered the Mocha Madness and it says it comes with Coffee,  and in the Ingredients it says 1 Cup of coffee,  Yet the Employees put actually Coffee Grounds!! It was Not what I ordered And Not what is advertised on the Menue on the store or online ingredients, when I brought to their attention,They said their Instructions tell them to use Coffee Grounds,  ok if that's the Case then something is Wrong, Menus or the Instructions
