Fell in love with the Charleston location and love the consistency in their recipes.
DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I have been to many !!! This is the worst one i have ever seen or been to. The first time I went, the staff member shut the door knowing I was on my way in.! I knocked on the door, and she didn't even bother to turn around. Once I came inside, I said i was coming to pick up . She pointed to the shelves, and I mentioned I was still missing items she then answered with attitude..."Well, maybe because the order is still not done" I waited for 10 more minutes even though i had already ordered 40 minutes prior!!!!!! They all were talking bad about the customers to each other and I know that because I could hear them talking about other customers. I proceeded and let her know i was missing a lime straw...she said how many and snatched the reciept. Let me add once i got to work the wrap had cheese and NO cheese was noted already!!!!!! Seccond time.. i order ahead AGAIN !!!! Dining room is closed and now i have to wait in the drive thru???. I agree with the comment under...if you are a nurse or worker with your lunch time counted. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!!
I visited this business for the first time last week. I usually go to Smoothie King. The reason for the poor review is that after waiting about 20 minutes in the dive thru line I was informed that only cash was being accepted. To amplify the problem you cannot get out of line due to a barrier. This could have been remedied by posting a sign at the entry. All of the vehicles that I could see in front of me sped off seemingly frustrated after receiving the same news. The sealing factor of why I will never go back is that I was told they could take my order through the drive thru and come inside to pay with a card. ??? That's what I did, but I still can't figure out why they couldn't have taken the card through the drive thru.
First off, the staff. Every time I go in, and it's quiet often. Every time I walk in I'm greeted, their warm friendly inviting and kind. Second, everytime I get the same avaclada and it tastes exactly the same. It's been about 3 months since I started visiting regularly and each time. I highly recommend this smoothie place.
I usually get the Detox Island Green smoothie but the last few times it hasn’t tasted right. There are new employees not sure if they’re being trained properly. I appreciate this place however it would be convenient if they had more sizes for their drinks, I don’t always finish my smoothie and for the price I pay I wish they had more sizing options.
I haven’t been in-person, but we won’t be ordering takeout ever again. As nurses, we don’t get a lot of free time but we thought we’d try takeout with TSC. We ordered 3 different wraps. They forgot to pack one and mislabeled all three of them. So we all took a bite of someone else’s wrap before realizing the mistake. Door Dash should have checked the food items to make sure everything was accounted for, but that didn’t happen. And to top it off, Door Dash says they won’t go back for the missing wrap so we were shortchanged.
The drive thru takes FOREVERRR. I don’t understand. And it use to not be this way but it’s horrible. I’ll have to start going in to see if it’s any better but it takes an excessive amount of time. It’s ridiculous. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry.

I had never eaten here. Didn't even know that they served food. I was pleasantly surprised. Very good food! I had the Thai Peanut Bowl. Packed wirh flavor and different textures. It had a lot of chicken. So good. My son had the Ultimate Club. He enjoyed that. And the girls enjoyed their kids meals. I'll be a regular now!
The staff is usually nice but they always seem to be out of certain products and/or produce when I go. Still I love the Avocolada!
